Amidst coffee plantation
Superb home cooked food. Authentic south indian good food. No oily. You can get fries pakoda etc in evening. Cook comes 5 pm and stays till 8 or so.
Nice and polite hosts
Location is far inside forest, so be aware of it. You can't do frequent to and from market.
Not a premium facility, not a negative but just to set your expectations.
Nice morning sunlight in the rooms.
Relax sleep eat drink coffee and repeat. :) so not rush.
Can be improved on beds, blanket, sheets etc. just one time small investment.
Should keep on good night mosquito repellent as well. Even though nets r there in window.

Rooms could have been more lit up
They served delicious and wholesome homemade food, making us feel like honored guests. The property is nestled in the heart of a coffee estate, thoughtfully built to blend seamlessly with nature. Staying here feels like being surrounded by a serene jungle, with the soothing sounds of birds chirping from dawn to dusk.
It was an amazing place to stay with family. Lush green surroundings. Tasty breakfast and dinner. Hosts were exceptionally cooperative. Would try to resolve all issues happily. Need a car to reach there.
Facilities in room were very basic. That can be improved.
The location is amazing amidst the coffee plantations. You can see green all around you. It's so calming and relaxing. Sarath is an amazing host. Food was good and the rooms were also clean and neat. Would definitely recommend it to everyone

Breakfast was VERY BAD .. need a big improvement in that.
Veg meal in dinner was also Not good.
Need to have better cook and use good cooking materials. Can increase some amount of stay but give good food then only guests will revisit this place. Else one timer only.
Also there was BIG spider and lizard in bathroom. Need pest control.
