Favorite Place on Earth
Pros:

Khamlia is my favorite place on earth. I was last there over ten year ago, and when I returned this time I found it has gotten even better! Riad Gnaoua was super comfortable, but the best part is the extremely friendly community of people living and working there. The musicians, families, and staff were all so hospitable. And it's right by the dunes! Away from the more touristic environment of Merzouga. At Riad Gnaoua, you can walk out into the dunes on your own whenever you want. There are plenty of comforts, but also a chance to see a more realistic, local reality of living in the Sahara.

There's a music school beside teaching traditional dances and songs founded by the owner. A unfortunate experience.
