Barrdzo mili gospodarze - domowa i przyjemna atmosfera. Obiekt czysty, łatwy do znalezienia. Nawet ciepła woda bywała dostępna, co nam się często w takich obiektach w Dominikanie nie zdarzało.
Ciepła woda była dostępna, ale tylko czasami. Potwornie głośno z ulicy - nawet w środku nocy potrafiły przejechać jakieś głaby z muzyką odpaloną na maksa. W samym obiekcie także głos się dość mocno niesie.

Hotel Las Nina felt like home. Of course, it is not a luxury hotel but this is what I was looking for. I enjoyed the personalized attention - for example, fresh coffee when we arrived and in the morning. I also enjoyed sitting out on the balcony as if I was in my own house.
The neighborhood is a bit noisy, but this is unavoidable for the area -not the hotel's fault.

It was clean and the staff was very nice. The location was good If you are stopping somewhere close to Los patos which is only about 10 minutes away.
The pool is small and doesn't really have a filter system but it was pretty clean. There was some misunderstanding about the price of the room because booking.com price was lower than the requested amount. Nina was nice about it and only charged us the booking.com price. The television went off and on many times throughout the night. I'm not sure if that was the internet connection or something else.

If you decide to stay here (I absolutely don’t recommend) don’t pay more than it says on the reservation, it’s a scam, and don’t try to pay with PayPal, she pretended that she didn’t receive it and made us pay cash, when we tried to get our money back (because we paid her double) she started screaming and threatening us, we had to consult with PayPal to get the money back. The owner seems nice at first but is really not, she also stole our food and said really unprofessional stuff when we confronted her for it.
Very nice host, no breakfast but coffee was free. We had a nice breakfast in a local spot "desayuno el rinconcito" (C. Mella/C. Arzobispo Meriño).
The owner has a cute dog and cat, which can be a little bit annoying around meal times.
The bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner and there is little furnishings to put stuff. There was no hot water.
Nina is really nice. We got to the place like 10pm, even those it was no food/dinner she made us some Tostones with egg, it was delicious.
That when you enter the property you feel like you’re arriving at your family house
the original owner wasn’t there at the property and didn’t train the staff or people on charge
Pleasant room, beautiful and large hotel terrace. The owner and the personnel were very friendly, attentive and helpful. I very much reccomend this hotel.
