Pros:

They need air conditioning, bedroom was very hot. They had a fan but not turned on before we arrrived. Warm, complimentary bottled water could have been refrigerated. Plumbing needs update and peeling walls, dirty blinds. Beds were clean and comfy. Simpler single use coffee would be nice and cream in the refrig would be great.

Great property
Pros:

Our rooms were large with lots of additional extras such as fruit/water. The beds were very comfortable. The property was on a quiet residential street a short distance from the airport and was easy to find. The host was very welcoming.

Pros:

Very clean and tidy room. 2 x queen beds with private bathroom opening off the room. Fridge, microwave and kettle within the room. Arthur the host was excellent and super accommodating helping out with luggage storage and great comms on whatsapp.

Cons:

Bath/shower is definitely old school and could do with an upgrade at some stage, but it is perfectly usable.
Not the easiest location for transport but Uber to Richmond Brighouse for the train is easy and cheap and would recommend it.

Nice room but could be better
Pros:

The room was clean and fairly large but it was taken up by two large beds. The host was friendly and helpful. There were facilities to make hot drinks in a separate room but the extention lead for all of the appliences was not adequate. There was crockery and cutlery for use if required and lots of toiletries

Cons:

No shoes were allowed in the house and slidders were provided but I am unable to wear them due to a physical condition so I had to walk around in socks, also not good for my condition.
There was a private bathroom which we were told was exclusive but next to the bedroom and I am not sure the owners son(?) appreciated me in my nightdress! So not totally private!

Pros:

Propre et confortable

Cons:

- Chambres et salle commune non climatisées. Ventilateur d’appoint unidirectionnel insuffisant
- Rapport qualité/prix décevant: j’ai pris une suite 2 chambres + kitchenette dans un hôtel climatisé le lendemain (dernière minute) pour le même prix!

Property not as advertised. The "Inn" was expected to be a small hotel, Not a house.
Pros:

Bedroom was clean, bathroom needed updating.
Felt like we were staying in a kids room when you go visit relatives. Not a hotel or even a BNB.

Cons:

No air conditioning. Upstairs bedrooms were in the 90F. Couldn't sleep cause it was so hot.
No security. Wanted to charge a $50 key fee to lock doors. Downstairs bathroom did not have shower. Had to walk thru to back of house.
Ladies did not feel safe.
No free access to "separate" entrance. Had lock on door but was not given code. Had to have owner open door each time we left.
Weren't told if breakfast would be available. But it was listed at $18....
Bathroom included large bottles of shampoo and soap. Not sanitary. As was coffee. In large container to make large communal pots.

I would definitely come back
Pros:

The bed was amazing, the owner was very kind and helpful nothing was to much trouble

I have a bad knee and heavy bags, so the stairs were not great for me

Pros:

Very spacious, extremely comfortable bed, I need to know the brand of the bed. Great facility’s

The stair case, it was beautiful but hard to take luggage up and down.
