Casa muito aconchegante e limpa. A anfitriã é muito educada e tolerante também. Privacidade 100%.

Cons:

O piso do corredor é sensível, então tem de ter cuidado para não fazer barulho na hora de dormir para o vizinho não reclamar.

Lo mejor de mi experiencia además de estar super bien localizado cerca de todo!!, fue el excelente trato y buena predisposición de Chris la anfitriona y dueña de casa, una persona muy activa, independiente y divertida. Ella es muy generosa y super sociable . Es una casa humilde pero funcional, y cómoda. El cuarto era todo lo que yo necesitaba y estaba impecable. Definitivamente voy a regresar.

Paz e tranquilidade como eu precisava.
Pros:

A residência é simples e pequena como eu. Então fui tudo perfeito. Foi como se eu estivesse em casa. Como fiquei uma semana inteira para realizar dois concursos em Florianópolis tive paz e tranquilidade para estudar. Tudo perto; ônibus, mercado, padaria ... Em breve espero estar lá novamente para às próximas etapas dos concursos.

Great value, nice hosts, close to center
Pros:

The property was great! Very centrally located, within easy walking distance of the center of Floripa. Wonderful hosts who were very attentive and helpful. I would absolutely stay again!

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay - everything was just perfect. The place felt like a home away from home: cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The hostess was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Location is great, close to the city centre, public transport, and yet in a quiet area. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
