Très bon emplacement
Pros:

Très bien situé
Le homestay est très agréable
Le personnel charmant
Nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit et avons été bien accueillis

Une des chambres réservée était envahie de moustiques à notre arrivée tardive

Very nice location. Serene setting.

A little loud for my liking but that was likely because people were staying up late to celebrate Tet. Not soundproofed.

Pros:

Beautiful spacious apartments, free bike rental outside the season, laundry service, billiards, swimming pool, amazing views of the surroundings, delicious breakfast.

Cons:

In the first room, the air conditioning and hot water didn't work, when I asked for another room so that we could have heat (we were out of season), I was told that it's cold in Vietnam and that the air conditioning never heats up. Our friends were in the second room, but everything worked for them. After a while, we got another room where everything worked.

As perfect as could be
Pros:

The property is lovely and so is Mike, he helped us with everything during our stay there over the national day holidays.

There were heavy rains prior to our arrival which affected the lake view area and the road to the resort but otherwise everything was perfect.

Cadre magnifique
Pros:

Le cadre au milieu de la nature, c'est très calme, peu de passage. L' hôtel n'est pas dans le village mais facilement accessible avec Grab.
Chambre spacieuse et propre autour de la piscine.
Possibilité de dîner sur place.
Location de scooter et organisation d'excursions sur place.

Terrible experience
Pros:

Location, clean rooms

Cons:

Almost everything.
We arrived around 3pm after a severe rain.
We were asked for the dinner to tell before 7:30pm if we would take it at the hotel.
We thought we would eat outside, but my friend started to feel unwell.
She got very sick so we decided to return to the hotel to eat. Our phones were dead and a massive storm stroke, so we got lost to return to the hotel. It is difficult to find, especially in a drowning rain in the night.
We made it at 7:15pm
At our disapointment the receptionist told us "it's too late, it is 7:30pm already, you can eat the soup in your room".
Time on my watch was 7:17. I didn't want to eat the soup that would have been charged so we went to a close hotel to eat.
We were soaked and cold at this point.
We barely slept the night, my friend got terribly ill during the night. The room has a permanent light on the ceiling that you can't turn off, not helping.
Room got very very moist with our clothes and didn't get dry at all unfortunately.
In the morning, i woke up at 9:50am and went for "breakfast".
I was told it was bread and quote "would you like jam OR eggs with the bread?".
Chose the jam and I got 2 slices of bread and a small portion of jam in a plate.
No fruit, no juice, no eggs.
I asked for tea but the answer was I could take it in my room.
I could but my friend was sick as I told them, so she was sleeping.
Anyway the breakfast is just a scam here.
Maybe it was too late, I don't know because I was never told the breakfast hour (the receptionist was on his phone all the time).
Also to mention there were 10 bungalows and we were the only customers in the place.
My friend was so ill we couldn't go back to hanoi, so I told them we would stay one more night.
Around 3pm (we stayed all this time in the room) we went to get water and banana and my friend wanted to see if she could handle the trip back to hanoi.

Pros:

Nettes Personal, sehr schön gelegen am Fluss mit Deck, Pool ist sehr angenehem

Cons:

wir hatten ein Double Bed Zimmer gebucht und haben (ich glaube das einzige) alte Zimmer erhalten - ich glaube alle anderen wurden renoviert aber unser Zimmer war schon recht alt und schmutzig, die Klima war sehr grausig und es hat etwas gestunken
