Super Service, sehr gute Lage und solide Zimmer. Empfehlenswert.

Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit frischem Obst. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir durften sogar 3 Stunden früher einchecken. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfreich, bei der Buchung von Ausflügen. Auch obwohl wir mit elf Personen gereist sind, lief alles reibungslos ab. Sehr leistungsstarke Klimaanlage, die man auch gebraucht hat.

Cons:

Das Bett war eher hart für europäische Rücken.

Our stay at Elegance House was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome by the owners and their beautiful family. They are genuinely the kindest, most caring and beautiful people we have ever met.
They go above and beyond to help with anything you need, and nothing ever feels like a hassle. Their warmth and kindness makes you feel less like a guest and more like part of their family.
Their children are absolutely beautiful and added such a lovely, happy feeling to our stay.
Our room was spacious, modern, beautifully presented and exceptionally clean. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully looked after. The hotel has a front entrance that is 1 minute walk to the paddle boats and a sneaky back lane 2 min walk that leads to the main street with all the eateries and action.
What really makes Elegance House special though is the people. The genuine care, kindness and hospitality from the whole family is something we will remember long after leaving Ninh Binh.
If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would.
We would highly recommend Elegance House to anyone visiting Ninh Binh. Thank you to this beautiful family for making our stay so special. We will never forget your kindness and hope to return one day.
