Quiet location but near most things, plenty of restaurants to choose from. Bicycle hire.
Breakfast was wonderful. Choice of one hot meal and fruit, juice and coffee buffet.
Reception was easy to communicate with to get there and booked our exit travel plans door to door. At a cheaper price than if we had booked it.
Only one towel in bathroom.
No floor mat in bathroom
Main bed was king and super comfortable second bed not so much
It was a late booking though.
The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Mr. Long and his family are very sweet. Breakfast is very good, with several options and fresh fruit. The room has ac and ceiling fan which is truly great. Our door faced the courtyard and swimming pool, so it was a nice vand relaxing view. Pillows are soft but we sleept good anyway!
You can also rent bike there or a scooter nearby (Mr. Trong is also nice).
Excellent room, friendly family and nice location! Could not have asked for more, especially at the price point!

Super schöne Unterkunft ! Sehr gut gelegen, und wundervoll beleuchtet! So nette Gastgeber und Frühstück war super lecker und man durfte sich was von der Karte noch dazu bestellen:) sogar unsere Wäsche wurde gewaschen und innerhalb von 5 Stunden fertig hingelegt ! in näherer Umgebung viele Reisfelder und schöne Natur ! Einfach toll , danke nochmal für alles
Mr Long and his wife couldn't have been more helpful, they even made me a breakfast to take with me on the train as I left early. The room was spotlessly clean, lovely hot shower and a comfortable bed. At night the area was totally quiet. The hotel was only a short walk to local shops and resturants. Felt totally safe walking around at night. Thanks for an excellent experience.

We spent 6 nights at the Ninh Binh Greenland Homestay and had a wonderful time. Our hosts Alex and Yen couldn’t do enough for us, treating us as if we were one of the family. They go above and beyond expectation to ensure you have a great stay no matter how long you are with them.
Alex greeted us on arrival, showed us around the facilities and how to use everything in the room.
Breakfasts were varied and tasty. The fresh fruit and juice an added bonus.
We were initially in room 201 which is a spacious room with two double beds. The room was well furnished with a table and two chairs, large balcony with two more chairs and a small table and large wet room. After 3 nights one of the aircon units on the roof developed a fault making the room very noisy. As they were fully booked Alex moved us to his friend’s Homestay next door to ensure we had an undisturbed night. He was unable to get the unit fixed the next day but now had vacant rooms and offered us a move to room 302 on the top floor of the adjoining block which we accepted. This was a double bed room with a balcony and great views.
Alex couldn’t have been more helpful and apologetic for something totally beyond his control. His response to the situation was first class. Thank you.
As added bonuses, the property offers an excellent same day laundry service and bike hire for 50,000 dong per bike for the duration of your stay (not per day). We made extensive use of the bikes every day travelling around the historic and tourist sites by bike rather than Grab cars.
Alex has also invested a significant amount of time in putting together a briefing pack for guests. He provides a map of all the major sites which includes distances and entry fees, he has planned routes to these sites on his tablet which he can talk you through so that you can make the most of your rides and travel through the quieter back roads.

Le personnel a été très accueillant et nous a donné de belles indications pour nos visites. Il nous a aussi aidé à organiser notre prochaine étape du voyage. Le petit déjeuner est super, on a adoré les pancakes à la banane ! La chambre est spacieuse.
The staff was very friendly and the property location was very beautiful. The breakfast was very delicious and the staff goes out of your way to help you with any situation. Very great location and very great place to stay. I would stay here again.

Nagyon kedves család, mindenben készségesen segítenek, túra ötleteket adnak. Sok kerékpár van, amit el lehet vinni túrára. Nagyon finoman főznek. Konkrétan Trang An faluban van a szállás, csendes utcában, nem a fő utcában. Legjobb kiinduló pont minden túrához. Sok étterem pár száz méterre zalálható.
A szekrényt hiányoltuk.
