Развод!
Pros:

Ни чего!

Cons:

По приезду цена выросла в 2 раза, я уточнил что цена должна быть меньше, после этого хозяйка стала разговаривать со мной на повышенных тонах, при этом "отель" был пустой, я предложил остаться по цене Букинга и получил отказ, так же я попросил интернет, чтобы сделать бронь в другом отеле, но хозяйка выключила его, Развод! Не рекомендую!

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Nunu and her daughter were very welcoming. Great Georgian hospitality. When I arrived, Nunu treated me to some food and desserts. The place was clean, tidy, and spacious; it has a big kitchen, comfortable rooms and beds. The location was near the sanatoriums, bathhouse 8 and beautiful nature.

Cons:

The bathroom and the rooms where both very, very dirty. Full of hair everywhere.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

A True Georgian Experience with Nunu and Marina
Pros:

I had an exceptional stay at Marina and Nunu’s guest house! From the moment I arrived, I felt like part of the family – I was even welcomed straight into Marina’s birthday party! The location is perfect, within walking distance of the sanatoria and the town centre. Marina and her mom Nunu are incredibly hospitable. Breakfast was delicious, and Marina kindly packed some food for the road too. Wonderful people and a truly memorable experience – highly recommended!
