Wonderful stay, the hosts were fantastic.
Pros:

Breakfast provided and was given access to a kitchen if needed. Kitchen in room was small but clean and had the necessities, including a microwave, toaster and sink. Croissants provided as well as cereals, milk and other options!

Cons:

Locating the parking was slightly difficult but this was more due to my car length than anything else. The pathway through to the parking was narrow but the parking itself was fantastic.

Cosy, welcoming and perfect location in a very interesting property.
Pros:

Superb self contained accommodation in a very pleasant and accessible setting for Launceston and all the area has to offer. Breakfast range was excellent and i was made to feel most welcome. I cannot fault this accommodation.

Very comfortable, well located for town facilities, friendly hosts and generous breakfast.
Pros:

Ideal for our requirements - a quick overnight stop (quite late arrival and early departure). Generous breakfast provisions, well located for evening meals and a very good self catering provision if needed. Would definitely consider using again for a similar trip.

A lovely place for a short stay in Launceston.
Pros:

The room was like a small studio flat with an en-suite and separate dining area. The bed was really comfy with plenty of pillows and cushions on it. Ziggy and Emma provided cereals and croissants' for breakfast with milk, butter and jam in the fridge. They were really amiable hosts who were interesting to talk to. Clear instructions given about parking our car prior to arrival. For a short stay, it was ideal for us.

Pros:

The owner Ziggy came and showed us the room. Gave us some history about the venue .I only booked it on the 1st of January to go on the 3rd I wasn't expecting much due to it being such a last minute booking, but the place was absolutely stunning. The facilities were amazing and the people who run it were absolutely lovely thank you so much for having us and I can't wait to come again.

Excellent value, friendly host, would definitely stay again
Pros:

Lovely self-contained apartment in a house with great history - the host took time to show us the original (but now converted) police cells! Very comfortable, good facilities, excellent shower, well maintained, friendly and efficient host, lots of thought-through details.

Cons:

Might have appreciated a slightly larger breakfast selection (there was croissants with butter and jam and a variety of cereals), but what was provided was perfectly adequate and good quality.

Excellent, would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Great host, great building.
Pros:

Ziggy & Emma have done a fantastic job on renovating the Victorian police station. Keeping the original cells including the artefacts i.e the cell doors and hatches and all the locks is a novel idea. We stayed in the luxury apartment which was originally I believe the sergeants office. It was a very comfortable room with bathroom and kitchenette. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every day. Talking to Ziggy was a pleasure. Could have spent ages listening to him telling us the history of building and all the surrounding amenities in the area.

Not for long stays
Pros:

The location was okay if you had a car. Not exactly in the centre of Cornwall but good enough.The shower was very good.

Cons:

The parking facilities. Safe to say you had to be very careful when entering and leaving the parking area. I used my own mobile phone internet as it was better than the facilities. The shower room sink is too small.
