Very clean place, quiet, and spacious, too. The hosts are very welcoming and kind. Great place altogether.
Everything in the room was very modern. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very big and had a balcony with nice view. The building is in a gated community and you can park your car inside the perimeter. Make sure you say that you will be with car in order to secure a parking spot. In general it was great value for the money comared to other places in the area I stayed in.

The balcony was very nice, the room was clean, the host was very understanding, and he was willing to go the extra mile to meet my wishes for room switch. Nothing bad to say about the place, very hospitable and cosy.

Note that this is actually an apartment, with no sign on building saying "стая за гости". Building itself is easy to find. Once at the building, just call the manager and he will come down and meet you..
