Easy to check in
The area is actually hard to locate when u arrive with car, its among the shop lots, but good interior designing
For the price it’s a good value for the place to stay. You cannot find much better accommodations through booking in Semporna.
The location is right above the market and even kids are running the hotel with English language barrier. However you will feel safe there and the girls are sweet tho! :)
Showe is incredibly small, pay attention to the photos.
The location was bad as it located at the back side of dark areas and bus station.
Upon trying to check in; the lobby was at the just ard the floor and small glass door; all the staff wearing red shirt sit on the floor; some sit at the staircase and was really sad to see them without any chairs; first impression like really a massage centre which make us decide to cancel the check in.
The owner was responsive on Wechat although we never saw them.
The entire property was very poorly managed and dirty. The location is terrible—it is not in a neighborhood where tourists normally go. There was no refrigerator, and we had to use the hairdryer in the public area. The mattress in our room was basically broken.
The door was locked when we arrived and no one answered the doorbell. We had to contact the landlord/owner to sort it out and it turned out the whole place was only managed by two local teenagers who I suppose are hired as cleaners.
Have washing machine and water dispenser.

The room was very small for 2 people. No place to open your luggage if you are bring 24’ or above case.
The toilet is super small, no place to place your clothes. and the smell from the tube is always there. This need to be fixed.
Was told by owner that the room comes with super king size bed, but it was a queen size bed.
Nice and clean. The hotel interior is nice, room we're clean and staff were helpfull. It is also easy to get in touch with them upon arrival.
The location abit crowded apart from that all is good. Near to the Jetty & restaurant area. Just right outside the hotel is the bus terminal where we can opt for bus to other apart of Sabah.

shower made everything wet in the small bathroom . new bed , new mattress , mattress protector would have been good .
The bedroom was spacious! The staffs are friendly.
