Really good value for money, good for couples, solo travelers and groups.
Pros:

The staff was really nice, the place is spacious and silent. What a nice view on the mountains we had. There is a parking and shops are nearby, everything what a person needs!

Best value homestay in Bukittingi
Pros:

Room, bathroom and homestay were very clean. the bed was so comfortable. Host was very nice and welcoming so I ended up extending my stay with them. Best value homestay in Bukittingi especially for solo travellers.

Cons:

A bit further out from town, but easy to get around especially with a bike.

Cons:

1,host behavior strange that she think you didn’t pay the exact day’s rent,she say nothing but lock the door to not allow you in. but the truth is I paid one day earlier online but she didn’t check booking .
2,host attitude is strange.I told her I’ll stay 2 more days,so she decide to paint my out wall while I was staying(I was the only guest those days).I told her not to paint until I was leaving,because it’s too smelling.she don’t care about me,and strangely ask me why I want to leave early when I was about to leave the next day.

A great homestay in Bukittinggi
Pros:

-The hosts were very friendly, check in/out were very smooth
-The suite was comfortable, spacious, bright and with great views to two volcanoes
-The kitchen was well equipped
-Plenty of hot water in the shower
-There's a big open market within walking distance

Cons:

Perhaps a bit outside the centre of Bukittinggi but it was never a problem to get a taxi
