Pros:

The host Indulekha took care of us very well. Overwhelmed with her hospitality, felt as if stayed in a relatives house... The property is in a very quiet place inside a farm. Facilities provided are very good.Home cooked food by Indulekha ma'am was super.She was a genuine, passionate and caring person.We enjoyed our stay.It was a memorable one.

Cons:

The approach road to the property, few hundred metres, needs careful driving.

It is a beautiful place. The road up to it is little difficult but completely doable. It was possible with a sedan. It is absolutely mesmerizing. The place is on a hill.

Pros:

Before we start journey to Kerala, hotel owner called and made me aware about location and helped transport as road is not in good condition,। But we all enjoyed ride no matter how bad the road it is.

we had started lalely traveling from Allepy so lost 1 day without sight seeing, Owner guided very well so were able to manage most of Attractions , food options , shopping and many more

Pros:

amazing location inside the forest with the sound of water and the insects.
the host was very friendly and was interested in improving the experience

Cons:

the last mile of the road leading to the villa was
battered by rain and was risky to drive.
the cupboard in the rooms had a strong smell
because of the moisture in the air
