Lovely property. Very comfortable and well equipped. Good value.

Charming and helpful host enhanced our stay at peaceful home stay
Pros:

Very peaceful, stylishly decorated with easy access to spice plantations and a good circular walk directly from the property. George was very helpful organising everything for us and the spice tour was very informative and interesting. We also bought their own produced coffee beans which we had enjoyed each morning

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist luxuriös, wunderschön mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung und tollem Bad. Das Abendessen war sehr gut, Frühstück ebenfalls. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns gute Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Gegend bietet viele Möglichkeiten.

Cons:

In den neueren Zimmern oben hört man die Straße relativ laut.

George was an attentive , helpful and friendly host. The accommodation was fresh, spacious and charming. The birds and gardens where great ... the morning chorus magnificent... we highly recommend this property 😄

Pros:

This is the most beautiful and most special place I have ever stayed in my entire life. I received a huge room with a magical balcony overlooking a spice grove and a heated private pool. A young and charming man manages the place with kindness, patience, and willingness to help with any request. His mother cooks deliciously! This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, highly recommended to be here — it's hard to leave!

Perfect place, perfect accommodation. Very memorable.
Pros:

Everything! Wonderful place. George the manager/ owner was delightful. We booked the room with private pool. It was absolutely stunning. Dinner and breakfast each day were great. Freshly prepared, home-cooked food and a good variety. The tour of the plantation with George was excellent.

A private tranquil hideaway in Thekkady.
Pros:

Scrupulously tidy property nestled within plantations. Wonderful bird song Private, large and comfortable room. A home stay as per certificate but functionally a boutique hotel. Pleasant family who offer good advice while giving guests their space. Excellent home made food. All at a good price point.

Cons:

Not a lot to complain about . The highway is a few hundred m away - cars / trucks can harshen the otherwise tranquil experience.
