Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil et l’emplacement en plein centre de Kuta est parfait
Mais la chambre que j’avais pris était vétuste et je ne m’y suis pas sentie très bien

Cons:

Les rats au plafond et la Clim qui a fuit durant le séjour

Pros:

Great value for money. The property was clean and modern with a pool and spacious rooms. The staff were very helpful, helped us get transport and activities including surfing. They even answered me late at night on our last night and booked us last minute transport to the port. Right in a central location walkable to lots of restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like, loved the stay and would stay again.

Nulla. Si salva la posizione vicino al centro, ma si trova su una via stretta e non illuminata

Cons:

Pulizia scarsa, umidità alta delle stanze e nei piani superiori faceva molto caldo. Inoltre la struttura é decadente

Good value for money
Pros:

It’s basically in the centre, everything is close. The bed was very big which was great. The bathroom needs a bit of attention, but for the price it is very good

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t great. It’d be very nice if breakfast had some options for people with intolerances

Very dirty, ants, poor customer service and extreme lack of attention to cleanliness and maitenance

Cons:

The room and especially the walls and floors were filthy. I can honestly say the floors have never been mopped or walls wiped down ever, easily the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. Ants everywhere and coming out of power sockets. Broken and leaking shower, smelly water with very week water pressure. Some days there was no water at all and also some days no power. Asked for shower to be repaired and room to be cleaned properly and nothing happened for 5 days not even new towels. When they finnaly cleaned the room after asking multiple times the floor remained filthy. On certain days the staff do not work and cannot speak english at all. Its clear that Lara has zero interest in running or maintaining the accomodation. It is very old, run down, broken and dirty. See photos of the dirt on tissues as I wiped the floor and ants and putrid bathroom. Internet rarely worked

Pros:

We have stayed here many times already and always had a nice time. The staff is very lovely and the location is ideal. The rooms are perfect with really good Aircon too. Cannot recommend enough!

Un boui-boui... à éviter !
Pros:

RIEN à part l'emplacement.
Je suis partie de l'hôtel le soir-même.

Cons:

La rue mal éclairée (un peu coupe-gorge) pour aller à l'hôtel.
La réception de l'hôtel qui n'en est pas une et qui ressemble plus à un "boui-boui" qu'autre chose !
Clairement ça ne donne pas envie d'entrer... Lorsque je découvre ma chambre, je m'aperçois qu'elle ne correspond pas à celle que j'ai réservée sur booking.
Lara, la gérante me dit que celle que j'avais réservée (chambre avec vélux) n'est pas disponible ce soir et qu'elle verra demain si elle est dispo. Franchement c'est pas normal, mais je suis sympa, je dis rien.
En rentrant dans la chambre, une odeur de renfermé/d'humidité voire de moisissures me prend au nez... ça en est même désagréable. J'ouvre le store de la fenêtre et que vois-je ? Un mur en parpaing ! Eh oui, la fenêtre ne donne sur rien à part un mur en parpaing.
Je vérifie le linge de lit et en enlevant une taie d'oreiller, je vois que l'oreiller est sale, avec des auréoles jaunes... comme si ils n'avaient pas été lavés depuis très très longtemps ! Alors que ça se lave de temps en temps tout de même.
Quant au matelas, il y a un protège matelas qui lui aussi, n'a pas été lavé depuis longtemps puisqu'au même titre que le matelas il est sale avec pas mal de taches/auréoles...
Alors ok on est dans un hotel pas cher, mais tout de même, Lara pourrait faire attention à la propreté !
Après avoir fait quelques recherches rapides sur booking, je prends ma valise et mon sac à dos sous le bras et je décide de partir de cet hotel "miteux"! Lara n'est pas présente à ce moment-là, du coup je dis à son collaborateur qui semble étonné de me voir partir, que je préfère m'en aller car je trouve la chambre sale et avec une odeur désagréable.
Je marche... puis je traverse la route principale et je vais en face, dans un hôtel 4 étoiles.
Bref, je me demande encore comment cet hôtel peut avoir une aussi bonne note sur booking...

Pros:

L'emplacement était très bien pour faire le centre de kuta Lombok à pied. Cest dans le centre mais c'est quand même dans une rue au calme. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse absolue et serviable. Le fait que nous pouvons louer les scooter directement avec eux est pratique, et le prix est correct (75 k / jour).

Cons:

La salle de bain mériterai un coup de rafraîchissement, il y avait pas mal de moisissure et l'odeur par moment etait insupportable. Certaines prises ne marchaient pas, environ 2 prises sur les 5 marchaient. Idem les lumières.
