Pros:

Stayed at Cozy Inn for 1 and a half days in Varanasi and it genuinely felt like a home away from home.

The staff: Cannot praise them enough. Everyone was super helpful and lovely and were always around with a smile. Felt like staying with family, not in a hotel.

The food: Sooo sooo good. Real home-cooked flavors. The aloo ke parathe for breakfast and the dal-chawal for dinner were simple but made with a lot of care and love.

The vibe: Rooms are clean, cozy, and quiet even though you're just 15min from the main ghats. Perfect balance you get the chaos of Varanasi when you want, and peace when you come back.

Final word: If you want warm hospitality, great food, and zero hotel like formality, book Cozy Inn. Already telling friends about this placeee go for it!!!

The owner was rude and argued with us though we had confirmed the booking over the telephone
Cons:

The hotel cozy inn cancelled my booking though I had confirmed the booking over the telephone also. My family and myself were left without a hotel room when we reached cozy inn. The owner was very RUDE and shouted at us and argued though it is was his fault.

A welcoming and peaceful abode!
Pros:

I have been very glad about the hospitality and how prompt the staff has been.
Daily housekeeping, fixing anything we asked help with, carrying our luggage upon arrival and while departing, guiding us with genuine shopping advice, delicious and affordable home cooked meals are all the things I have loved!
When it comes to the property, it’s absolutely the prettiest!
The location is good too, near to Dashashwamedh ghat, Kashi Vishwanath Mandir and railway station too.
I would reconsider visiting the property and recommend everyone to give it a try.

Pros:

Location is perfect with respect to visit the ghats. Nearest ghat is Dasaswamed ghat. Kashi Vishwanath temple is also walking distance. Hospitality was good with great and wonderful experience.
