It was a wonderful stay and we are grateful to Mayurji and the entire team for the care and warmth
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay in Cozy Inn . The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. A special mention for Mayur Ji, who was very helpful and made sure everything was arranged smoothly for us. He kindly organized our sightseeing plans, which included visits to local heritage sites such as Sarnath, the Banaras Hindu University campus, and Ayodhya.

I travelled with my parents, both of whom are senior citizens, and the hospitality made us feel completely comfortable — truly like a home away from home. The food was simple, homely, and very tasty, which we greatly appreciated during our stay.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we are grateful for the care and warmth shown by the entire team

Mayurji and the whole staff Is very good and friendly. Every small request was catered with ease and it felt like home.

Exceptional stay. Mayur ji and his team are doing a commendable job at hospitality and we would definitely recommend this to everyone staying in Varanasi. Not only the service is awesome but the tariff is also reasonable. Unfortunately both my parents fell sick during the stay, and mayur ji went out of his way and arranged for an on-call doctor and was always there for assistance. Location wise it's also good and you'll find local transport right outside.

Cons:

Food varieties could be improved though it's good but some might not like dal, roti and sabzi at all times. Maybe veg biryani or chhole, rajma etc.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Booked the stay for one night, we really enjoyed the stay so we extended our reservation for two more nights. The staff were so helpful, food were delicious with affordable price. The property is located walking distance from temples and ghats, shopping markets are also nearby. We would visit here again in future
