Very clean and beautiful place at a stone’s throw from the promenade
Pros:

The location was fabulous, it’s really a street away from the promenade, in a building that is relatively new but the style of which imitates the typical charming architecture of the seaside villas of the area. You will find multiple highly rated restaurants and cafes nearby, and the views couldn't be better.
My room and bathroom were impressively clean, the bathroom looked basically new. The bed and the duvet were really comfortable. I loved that there were two pillows per person, it would be nice if one option would be flatter. In any case, I had a great night’s sleep.
I think it would be a good idea to have a small table with a chair or pouf instead or next to the bank for the luggage at the end of the bed. It would be lovely to have a small electric kettle and a few filters of tea and Nescafe just to wake up before one would get prepared and go out to have breakfast.
Monique was so kind and she cared that all goes well during my stay, from the arrival through the parking to my morning tea. :) Thank you once again for your help!

Cons:

Although the room itself was non-smoking, I could feel smoke coming from elsewhere.

goed maar een langer verblijf had beter geweest
Pros:

Spijtig dat deze kamer zonder balkon daarenboven niet beschikte over een plaats met twee barkrukken en een tablet om er iets te eten!

Afgezien van het parkingprobleem , wel oké , maar 2 nachten is wel het maximum

De uitbaatster was een enorm sympathieke dame die altijd bereikbaar was . voor netheid was deze plaats een dikke 10 waard!!!

De beloofde parking was niet beschikbaar !!!
de kamer was een zeeer kleine zolderkamer , als ik aan het hoofdeinde van het bed kwam , botste ik met mijn hoofd tegen de schuine dakwand
