Pros:

Bon emplacement avec la plage, supérette et des restaurants à proximité.

Cons:

Bungalow pas propre.

Clairement, le ménage n'a pas été fait : traces de dentifrice sur le miroir, cuvette des toilettes noire.
Les bouteilles de savon étaient vides, on a dû aller réclamer du papier toilette.

Cons:

The girlfriend of the staff misbehaved and created scene and insulted customers though she is not supposed to be at the counter as non staff. They Don't even give tissue at dining after asking for. Table and chairs were under a layer of dust. No privacy at bathroom, its clear glass and no curtain. The road from crystal bay to hotel is very dark and risky. It's more than half kilometers. Staff's behaviour is unacceptable. They look like, guest has come to disturb them in their leisure as the owner is not present. They asked for cash during check in, not check - out. Kingdom of Mosquito.

Pros:

Staff was very kind. Property was nice and quiet and very close to crystal bay. The breakfast that was included was also really tasty.

Cons:

No complaints. Just tough if you dont have your own form of transportation as its pretty far from alot of food and activities (other than crystal bay)

Pros:

Gorgeous wooden interior is quite spacious. Yard is large and open. Place has good overall feng shui. The breakfast is great.
A pleasant and authentic Bali country road leads to Crystal bay within a few short minutes of walking. No motor bike needed.

totalt fred og ro - boede nærmest i junglen. Meget hjælpsomme mennesker (personalet of Khana restaurant)
Blot 7 minutter gang til Crystal Bay med klart vand og flotte levende koraller til højre i bugten, skildpadder. lidt bølger

Cons:

meget billig indkvartering med morgenmad (ingen mulighed for køl, men koldt vand kan købes ved siden af i lille supermarked 😉)

Pros:

Very nice accomodation , lovely garden in front of it, staff was helpful and nice. Quiet place, very good restaurant nearby, beach approximately 10 min walking. They sent us all the information about boats, offered buying tickets and taxi, which was great.

Pros:

Bungalow très spacieux, literie confortable et l’extérieur est vraiment très sympa. Un grand jardin où on peut se poser.
À 5min à pied de Crystal Bay, pratique pour le coucher de soleil.

Pros:

Proche de la plage, climatisé, personnel agréable

Cons:

Très bruyant, l’eau de pluie passe à travers le toit de la salle de bain lors des averses.
Les scooters loués n’avaient pas de freins et les pneus gonflé à notre demande ce sont dégonflé en quelques heures. (Très dangereux au vu des routes).
Le room service a été fait sans demande, même si c’est un service bienveillant et professionnel, je ne suis pas pour que des personnes entre dans le logement (rideau fermé et porte fermé à clef), nous pourrions être entrain de dormir lorsque le personnel entre dans la chambre. Une pancarte à la porte pour demander si le client veut le service de chambre pourrait être intéressant

The room was very dirty, the mirror in the toilet and other things, you could tell that it was not cleaned for months.. the shampoo provided ended after 1st shower, and they never fill it up again.. the toals was never changed for 4 days.. the kitchen seen from the outside was a mess..

Pros:

Nos ha encantado pasar una noche en este bungalow. Había leído que el techo estaba abierto y entraban muchos bichos pero para nada fue así.
Cama súper cómoda y bungalow más grande de lo esperado.
La zona exterior muy bonita y un bar muy cerca muy bueno con música en directo
