Sehr gut und empfehlenswert
Pros:

Freundlicher, flexibler Empfang. Saubere Unterkunft, schnelle und simple Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt inkl. Parkplätzen.
Vallendar ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen + gute Busanbindung.

Cons:

Man hört die Autobahn in einer gut tolerablen Lautstärke, insbesondere mit geschlossenen Rolladen ist es leise. Menschen mit sehr leichtem Schlaf könnten es hier vielleicht schwieriger haben

Pros:

Ein wunderschöner Blick übers Tal. Große Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen. Bequeme Betten. Frisch renoviertes, sauberes Bad. Große bodentiefe Fenster. Im Gemeinschaftsflur sind Besteck, Geschirr und Mikrowelle. Ein praktischer Parkplatz im Hof. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank. Nur ein paar Haken an der Badezimmertür mit Bügeln. Unterhalb der Terrasse ist eine viel befahrene Straße, die man zwar nicht im Blick hat aber deutlich hört.

Tolle Aussicht nach Koblenz, große Terasse.

Cons:

Das Appartement (wir hatten Nr.1) war etwas klein, leider ohne (Kleider)schrank, Besteck und Geschirr war nicht im Zimmer, sondern im Flur. Leider führt die Autobahn etwas unterhalb der Unterkunft vorbei, deswegen war es etwas laut.

Wonderful place to stay
Pros:

We come here every year and we love it. Friendly, quiet, clean and well-equipped and very comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony and everything you need in walkable distance. Not to mention the excellent location for all the local attractions in Vallendar, Coblenz and other places.

Cons:

Only staying 2 nights. We're looking forward to our next stay in summer!
