La falta de limpieza , el baño era compartido y eso no estaba aclarado , como así aclarar que no hay ascensor , alquile una habitación para dos niños y un adulto y me dieron dos camas y un colchón . El mal estado de las tohallas y sábanas . Mis hijos se tuvieron que ir a otro lugar

La reserva no pudo ser concretada. Ya que se realizo y confirmo por booking pero cuando llegue al alojamiento ya estaba ocupada y nos quedamos en una ciudad desconocida sin alojamiento a altas horas de la noche.
La respuesta fue que se alquilo por otro medio. Booking debería sancionar estas situaciones. Por lo menos ocuparse de que no este disponible para reservar.

-estaba sucio sin barrer lleno de migas, las sábanas sucias con manchas de fluidos, las almohadas parecían un trapo, tuve que poner dos en la misma funda para que safara un poco, el colchón hundido, el baño con pelos de otras personas, la ducha sucia con humedad y con manchas raras. La atención del hombre que me atendió era prepotente y me apuraba para que le pagara, una cara de que ni me quería hablar me contestaba lo mínimo indispensable, si le preguntaba algo de más me lo decía como si fuera algo obvio así se podía ir, me quiso cobrar 10 dólares de más una noche porque no tenía efectivo y era su manera de “solucionar” y por chat lo único que le interesaba era cobrar y chau. Un poco más de interes y tacto con el cliente si te consulta algo, otra manera de dirigirse a uno.

El costo que figuraba al momento de la reserva no es coincidente con lo pagado fue muy excesivo. El dueño o encargado estuvo de mal humor la casa sucia. No menciono que tenía otros inquilinos. La habitación y las camas horribles el juego de cama sucias, los muebles también y las ventanas no se abrían . Pesimo

Unfortunately, many things. Too many to name, but I’ll have a go:
1. It is extremely dirty. The bedding, the walls (full of mysterious stains) are really poor throughout the property.
2. I struggle to recall anywhere where I have slept as poorly as this because of the ridiculous noises at all times during the day and night. I don’t spend very much time in the room during the day, which is as well. Late into the evening, there was creaking, videos being played by either one of the other guests or the upstairs lodger (who was actually very nice to be fair, and folded my laundry for me, although more on that later). The room is directly under his, and the floorboards seem to be made of the creakiest possible wood that the owner could have found. It is really beyond description how difficult it is to sleep here. One morning at 5 am, an alarm began somewhere in the house. It continued to put itself onto snooze every five minutes for over two hours. I could not locate it. There was also street noise.
3. I’ve stayed in places where the owner lives around the property, near the property, next door etc, but never have. I been woken up by the owner at 9 am, who walked into my room without my permission , gave me a thumbs up and then immediately left again. This is just not okay in any world. He speaks no English, which is not necessarily a problem, but you surely have to have some kind of understanding about customer satisfaction, and the way in which you conduct yourself as an owner and have some common sense as to how to correctly communicate with people. I also echo the differing price comments from other reviews as I paid in cash, and I’m not entirely sure about his conversion rate…
4. The bathroom is appalling, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work properly in all areas, there are other guests hanging around, laundry charges are applied without being stated, the price is incorrect, bed sheets were dirty. More stuff but not enough characters to fit in in. I will not be returning…

The bathroom lacks products for hygiene.
