The female staff who met me was customer focused, kind, friendly and patient

So many details attended to. Sharing a bathroom with the owners, in discouraging use of their personal toiletries, a whole basket was provided of alternative products - shampoo, conditioner, etc. To set one up to leave in the morning, a carton of juice and packaged chocolate croissant was available. Comfortable bed and bedding. Clothes hanging rail, variety of makeshift shelves and drawers. Good shower over bath. Kind hostess.
Don't arrive expecting to watch television or listen to the radio. Bring a good book instead. For the price paid though, I was very content. 16 minutes walk from the nearest station.
The hosts were genial and welcoming .
It was obvious that they had really thought through the whole air BnB experience .
It felt like everything that was required, from the perspective of the guest was catered for .

The host was friendly and the place was very clean. She made sure I got parking in the street. She even provided clean towels, toiletries and a complementary breakfast. I recommend this place to anyone who wants somewhere to spend a peaceful night at.
The advert should include information about the place being in a Ulez zone so that visitors are aware of the extra cost and decide accordingly.

Others staying in the property not the quietest. Queue for bathroom in the morning. Didn't get chance to shower before starting my day.
