Super nice owner, but quite old fashioned rooms
Pros:

Very honest and sweet owner! Were really clean.

Cons:

The facilities could be more modern…quite old fashioned rooms with a carpet on the wall. We got the room next to the common kitchen and were really noisy in the morning, because doors are super thin. Also we had the private bathroom, but it was reachable not straight from the room, but also from common corridor.
