Pros:

Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und hatte ein sehr großes und geräumiges Zimmer. Es wurde stets gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei und ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und die Lage war super um in die Stadt zu gehen oder in die Natur zu fahren.

Pros:

Very nice and helpful hosts. Nice view on the balcony for sunrise. Clean and spacious room/bathroom. A bit outside of the center but we liked that.

Cons:

There are basic utensils and plates for you to use but since we can't use the kitchen it was quite hard to clean them.

Buena relación calidad-precio en Ponta Delgada
Pros:

Ubicado en la periferia de la ciudad pero bien conectado con todo en coche. La habitación era amplia y bien ventilada con un baño enorme y muy cómodo. En general me pareció un sitio muy conveniente para quedarse en en Ponta Delgada.

Cons:

Faltaban algunos colgadores en el baño y no es fácil encontrarlo según la ubicación de booking pero la dueña te ayuda fácilmente a encontrarlo.

La proximité du centre ville pour sortir au restaurant le soir
La terrasse pour le petit déjeuner ou pour se poser un peu
La proximité de l'aéroport Sans les inconvénients

Cons:

Le partage de la salle d'eau, surtout que les toilettes s'y trouvent, mais bon, nous le savions quand nous avons loué et il n'est pas toujours facile de faire autrement...

Nie czuliśmy się komfortowo. A nawet więcej - czuliśmy się jak intruzi w tym domu.
Stosunek gospodarza do gości był niewłaściwy: na nasze grzeczne zapytanie o to co jest nam udostępnione w czasie naszego pobytu, otrzymaliśmy odpowiedź, że jak nam się nie podoba to możemy sobie iść i wynająć coś innego ( w opiniach zauważyłem, że w podobny sposób gospodarz potraktował swoich gości już wcześniej!). Nie wspomniał jednak o tym aby miał zamiar zwrócić nam pieniądze!
Poza tym w pokoju jest wilgoć do tego stopnia, że w niektórych miejscach ze ścian odpada farba.

Eleganza appena fuori dal centro
Pros:

Enorme e bellissima casa privata e abitata dai proprietari, in cui vengono messe a disposizione stanze per gli ospiti. La nostra stanza era molto grande, con un bagno interno davvero gigante e una doccia super oltre ad una grande vetrata che dava su un tetto terrazzato accessibile anche da altre stanze.

Cons:

Il nostro volo è arrivato in ritardo così la proprietaria non è riuscita ad attenderci per mostrarci la casa e gli spazi che potevamo usare. non sapendo cosa ci fosse permesso, non abbiamo mai usato la cucina facendo colazione in camera con un po' di scomodità e senza mai aver cenato in casa.

Muy limpio, espacioso, buena ubicación, anfitriones muy atentos.
En nuestro caso disponíamos de todo el ático: habitación con aire condicionado y salón de estar con dos sofas y dos puf, con una nevera pequeña, un hervidor de agua, dos vasos, dos tazas con sus platos, dos boles pequeños, dos cucharas y un cuchillo.
Dejan 4 toallas grandes y dos de pequeñas.

Cons:

El cojín y la cama podrían ser de mejor calidad.
