A limpeza principalmente.

Cons:

Quando reservei não me apercebi que era um quarto numa casa, acabei por ser surpreendida, mas por culpa minha na verdade.
O quarto estava muito acolhedor e limpo, conseguimos manter a nossa privacidade, correu bem.

Habitación en casa de matrimonio local
Pros:

La atención del matrimonio que nos acogió. Se nos atrasó el vuelo y aun así no tuvieron problema en esperarnos ni atendernos a la llegada.

Cons:

La ubicación no está muy bien indicada y nos costó encontrar el portal. Coincidió que llegaban los dueños de la casa y nos indicaron por donde entrar.

Pros:

The host was very friendly and the bedroom was quite comfortable. Also, there are plenty of amenities in the area around the apartment.

Cons:

It wasn't clear in the ad that we were booking a room in a family house. I'd recommend adding it to the title of the property.
