Sweet apartmenthouse with a stunning view over the ocean
Pros:

Stunning view over the ocean and beach. The room was light and clean. We even had a little oven but no wood to light it. Bathroom was clean as well and moderately sized, modern shower head and window. Little terrace with sofa. Bed was comfortable and the staff extraordinary friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our room was located under the roof and the stairs to get there where a bit adventurous. This was no issue for us but could be a problem for anyone who cannot carry heavy loads for long.
The wind was blowing like crazy at night so it was very loud in the room, which of course is due to the location directly next to the water. However the windows and the door could be better isolated to reduce the noise and avoid drafts.

Superb accommodation near Simon's Town
Pros:

Accommodation was very clean, comfortable and spacious with lovely views over the sea. Grace met us on arrival and looked after us very well during our stay which we extended for another 2 days. The location was very convenient for us with a great restaurant nearby.

Pros:

The property looks really nice on the internet, but is not in reality. Some of the rooms were very small, we did not have a fan, only a heater, and this was in summer, very hot summer. It is also not close to the walking street and restaurants in Simonstown

It was great and we will definitely stay again when visiting the Deep South of Cape Yown
Pros:

The location was perfect for our short stay of visiting friends and family. Beautiful views over False Bay. Grace (the beautiful lady who greeted us) was friendly and kind and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed

Cons:

The windows needed cleaning. It was hard to appreciate the great views when we could hardly see them.

Worst weekend accommodation

Just the location

Cons:

To get to the room you need to walk outside to the back with uneven stairs. The staircase going up is terrible different height stairs, you hit your head going up or down, one section is so narrow you have to walk sideways with your bags to get through and need to keep your head down not to knock it. When you get to the room, you have to step down a big step to get in. The shower windows are clear and not frosted. The supposedly sea view the window is small and filthy, so the view is not good. The small bar fridge is so small and on the ground you have to kneel down to use it, guests are not allowed to use the stairway inside the house to get upstairs. There is a door that gets used by the cleaners upstairs which we can't use. When you go into the house they request you take off your shoes. When you leave your room you rather stay away till late not to have to contend with the outside stairs. Not value for money I would rather pay double for a better and more comfortable stay. Not a place I would return to. You dont even see the hosts at all.

It was really awesome and would likely recommend it to friends and family.
Pros:

The location is perfect. Close to the beach. Close to Shopping Centre’s. The sea views just spectacular and it is close to a train station, as well a tidal pool.

Cons:

I think there needs to be pamphlets for activities you can do in Simon’s Town as well as guides to the nearest restaurant and malls.

Pros:

The view was absolutely spectacular, setting the tone for a truly memorable stay. The room and bathroom were both spacious and impeccably clean, while the firm mattress and pillows provided exceptional comfort. Thoughtful touches like a kettle and fridge added convenience, and the powerful standing fan offered both refreshing airflow and soothing white noise, ensuring a deep, restful sleep. Our hostess, Grace, was wonderfully sweet and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome. The location was ideal, with all amenities close at hand, making this accommodation both comfortable and practical.

Cons:

We were allocated a top-floor room accessed by narrow, steep steps that felt unsafe. I even knocked my head on the way up, despite not being particularly tall, which made the climb a bit hazardous. While the kettle and fridge were useful, a microwave in the room would have been a welcome addition for reheating leftovers and adding extra convenience.
