Pas de petit déjeuner (même si mentionné comme inclus dans le prix de la chambre) ; hôtel sale (nourriture sur la table pendant 48 heures), transfert gare ==> hôtel inclus dans le prix de la chambre non organisé, absence totale de réponses aux messages adressés ; proprietaire peu scrupuleux (demandant une surtaxe de 10% pour couvrir les heures supplémentaires du personnel pendant la saison du spring festival) ; personne à la réception pour répondre à vos sollicitations.

The experience was extremely disappointing. The host (or property manager) had a very poor attitude. During peak season, they raised the price and refused to honor our confirmed reservation on Booking, denying the booking altogether. Their behavior was unreasonable and confrontational — we were almost forced to call the police. In the end, we had no choice but to pay an inflated price (over 100 USD) for a very run-down room with water leakage. This type of room is normally offered at a much lower rate. We are strongly dissatisfied with this experience.

Nagyon de nagyon kemény volt az ágy. Eléggé kényelmetlen sajnos, és az egész házat ki kéne takarítani már.

Es un hotel muy antiguo, algo destartalado, en el cual oyes todo. Al estar justo en la old street, si quieres dormir pronto o a una hora prudente va a ser complicado. La calidad del sueño es nula. Todo dependerá de la época en que vayas y de la hora que cierren los sitios de comida, tiendas que estén en esa calle. Además los chinos cuando hablan alzan mucho la voz. En ese aspecto, el poder descansar, bien, para mí es muy necesario y por eso le he bajado bastantes puntos. La habitación era normalita, la iluminación, para mí, donde dormía era justilla. Donde duermes, en la parte superior hay una especie de tela y con la luz apenas se vislumbra. Algún bicho muerto pegadito había. Creo que está puesto para que no caiga algún insecto indeseado del techo cuando duermes. A mí me costó pillar el sueño, entiendo que sea antiguo pero me dió la sensación de lúgubre.
En China ya me pasó en otro hotel. Si pasas por el aro y lo quieres todo fácil el dueño es muy servicial pero si quieres ir a los stios por tu cuenta te va a dar información contradictoria.
Avisé con días de antelación de que quería visitar Huangshan y que me gustaría reservar teleféricos,etc..el dueño .me dijo que no me preocupara y que al ser temporada baja lo podría hacer el mismo día. En efecto, eso es verdad, lo pude hacer el mismo día, pero temporada baja a principios de Noviembre no significa poca gente, ni mucho menos. La contradicción vino con horarios y precio taxi.

Il gestore non parlava inglese, ma nonostante ciò sono riuscita ad avere le informazioni base che necessitavo. La porta della stanza è un po' leggera, e la struttura è sempre aperta.

Zimmer etwas dunkel. Modriger Geruch im Bad. Entgegen früherer Bewertungen sprach niemand Englisch. Alles ging über ÜbersetzungsApp, daher auch keine Tipps zu Ausflügen.
Nervig war der Hund, der uns oft bellend und knurrend den Weg zu unserem Zimmer versperrte. Wenn das am 1. Tag passiert ist es ja noch okay, aber am 3. Tag nervt es

There is a dog on the property who will lay in front of the rooms and bark and growl, it will listen if you are very assertive but if you are scared of big dogs like me this is not the place to stay. There is also a general lack of cleaning

Zahlungsmöglichkeiten für Ausländer sehr beschränkt. Wir konnten weder mit WeChat Pay zahlen (da ausländische Kreditkarte) noch mit Kreditkarte. Am Ende mussten wir mit der Mitarbeiterin des Hotels durch die Straßen laufen und nach einer Möglichkeit suchen, über andere Shops per Kreditkarte zu zahlen. Am Ende wurden wir zu einer Bank begleitet, um dort Bargeld abzuheben.

Quando i giorni prima dell’arrivo abbiamo chiesto il prezzo per un tour verso le montagne gialle non ci hanno dato il prezzo totale, il trasporto in taxi è stato abbastanza costoso. Però Il tassista è stato molto gentile con noi e quindi ci siamo trovati bene.

Il letto è piuttosto rigido: a noi è piaciuto e l’abbiamo trovato comodo, ma potrebbe non incontrare i gusti di tutti.

Sorry to rate so low, it is due to total lack of the cleanliness in the room, smelly sewage in the bathroom, clogged drainage and very weak/unstable WIFI.
Initially we were looking forward to this so called old time beautiful establishment but the reality turned out to be just dusty, smelly, dirty old place and uncomfortable bed.
Wondered why the property is rated so high. Previous guests must have missed the hygiene, cleanliness points.
Photos attached here as proofs- first we were excited about the old time antique bed but a closer look really made our skin crawl - full of so much dust as if it was never cleaned for years.... same as the chair, the kettle, the door....and the bathroom was horrible, very smelly and a cockroach was always beside the sink. The shower didn't drain well, when taking shower, the water didn't drain out....It was a real nightmare staying there.
We didn't sleep, just wanted to leave as early as possible the next morning.
Please clean up the whole place, it is a shame to let out a room like this. Booking.com photos are not the same as reality. I have photos here, it is the worst nightmare sleeping in that room.
