Very relaxing and enjoyable
Pros:

The host and the staff there were the highlight of our time. They were so helpful and cooperative.

Cons:

The only things that I could suggest to make things a bit better would be if
1) There was an electric kettle in the room to heat up water. That way I would not feel bad about disturbing the host
2) If there was a geyser for hot water showers, it would be nice. Considering the Kerala climate and temperature, many (including my son) would say that hot water showers are not needed, so its just a suggestion.

Perfect place for local and peaceful experience
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Backwater Breeze and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Kerala.

The property is simple but beautiful, located right on the backwaters with stunning canal views and a very peaceful atmosphere. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and everything was perfectly maintained. It is the ideal place to relax, disconnect, and experience local life away from the crowds.

What truly makes this place special is Ajith, the owner. He is one of those people who are genuinely kind and naturally hospitable. He was always available to help when needed, but never intrusive. He made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.

When we mentioned that we wanted to try duck, he went out of his way in the evening to help us find it. He also arranged food from a nearby local restaurant and organized a wonderful shikara boat trip for us, with the boat picking us up directly from the property. These small touches made our stay unforgettable.

The homemade breakfast was delicious and added to the authentic local experience.

If you are looking for luxury facilities, this may not be the place. But if you want a peaceful, authentic stay with beautiful backwater views and exceptional hospitality, Backwater Breeze is perfect.

Thank you, Ajith, for making our stay so memorable. We would happily stay here again.

Nous avons aimé le lieu, se trouver face au canal, juste avant l'embouchure de la mer intérieure. De là, Chouette balades à pied ou à vélo. D'ici, votre barque vous enmene à travers les Backwaters. C'est magique.

Very peaceful
Pros:

I spent 1 night here and loved it! Really relaxing experience on the backwaters. The room was clean and comfortable. The owner was so helpful, organising a boat trip, taxi, and being very understanding when I mixed up my days! Such a lovely spot with a balcony overlooking the waters, great for watching the birds and boats go by. Highly recommend:)

Nice accommodation with good view
Pros:

Everything was super 👍 We had a good time. It was quiet in the night and we had a good view watching the boats crossing. The staff made our stay as easy as possible and helped us whenever needed. We would recommend!
