Very peaceful
Pros:

I spent 1 night here and loved it! Really relaxing experience on the backwaters. The room was clean and comfortable. The owner was so helpful, organising a boat trip, taxi, and being very understanding when I mixed up my days! Such a lovely spot with a balcony overlooking the waters, great for watching the birds and boats go by. Highly recommend:)

Nice accommodation with good view
Pros:

Everything was super 👍 We had a good time. It was quiet in the night and we had a good view watching the boats crossing. The staff made our stay as easy as possible and helped us whenever needed. We would recommend!

Netter hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, Fahrräder können umsonst ausgeliehen werden, Essensbestellung übernommen da die Restaurants nebenan bereits um 19 Uhr schließen.
Die Lage direkt am Kanal ist toll, allerdings auch etwas ab vom Schuss.

Excellent for the price and very hospitable/friendly staff.
Pros:

Peaceful place with great views of the lake and back waters. Breakfast was good. Coffee was exceptionally good.

Pros:

Our host and staff were amazing! They looked after us so well. The location is very beautiful and peaceful and the village is really friendly and welcoming. We booked a 2 hr boat tour through our host and to be honest this is the best way to do it, the price was fair and the boat picks you up right at the accommodation.

Cons:

There are 2 restaurants up the road the closest one was always empty and the other one has sold out by 4:00 pm however it is excellent for lunch, and closes at 7:00 pm there are no options nearby for your evening meal however you can order a takeaway with the host and he goes and gets it for you, the food was excellent but we weren't aware of this service on arrival I would suggest sending a menu via WhatsApp as soon as guests arrived

Hôte et population amical .

Endroit tranquille, en retrait du brouhaha....
Petite route qui fait un long croissant et qui donne une accès a partir chaque extrémité ( pas de cul de sac ) Accès à privilégier près du pont Kaippuzhammuttu ,parce-que la route de l'autre accès est en mauvais état ++ :(

Magnifique coucher de soleil !🌅 même lorsque nuageux....le ciel ce teint de rose...
La jeune nièce de l'hôte qui parle bien l' anglais à été d'une grande aide pour que je puisse réserver une place ( sleeper) dans un autobus de nuit.
Très difficile de réserver en ligne avec les compagnies locales ....vous avez besoin d'un # de téléphone Indien et le moyen de payment accepté est accessible aux Indien seulement !
Donc tout à été réservé en ligne par elle avec l'aide de d'autre membres de sa famille à distance.... et j'ai remboursé le prix du billet en roupie à l'hôte 🙏🙏🙏😃
Bon petit restaurant local ( indépendant font la cuisine seulement ,pas de table) à un jet de pierre qui prépare sur commande seulement avant 18:30 (+ ou- ) et livré à votre chambre par l'hôte .
L'autre côté du canal donne accès à la nature et au repaire des amoureux clandestins...aussi j'ai pus voir de gros lézards 5 pieds de longs🦎 et de magnifiques papillons🦋 , fleurs 🪻🌺🏵....
J'ai fais le tour complet par un petit sentier sauvage.... passer un hôtel mais un des gardien de sécurité m'a interdit de rebrousser chemin !🙄
Plus de découvertes faites....dont un tour de 2 heures en bateau, ouvert sur tout les côtés et pas trop bruyant.

Le gros bémol ce sont les déchets de toutes sortes qui malheureusement font partie du décor en Inde !
Tant de beauté polluée par tant d'ordures, plastique etc....

NB: A certains en Inde dont près de Wayanad ( jungle et réserve protégé) il y a une réglementation beaucoup plus strict sur les déchets et plastique .

1 milliard 400 millons d'habitantSSS !!!!😵‍💫

Pros:

The location is great.
The food too. Local breakfast served on our balcony, looking at the boats passing and the gekko's glaring at your meal. We're in a tropical area so this is part of the game.
The service is excellent and the family will do everything you ask.
Hot shower (if necessary as sometimes a cold shower is more appropriate)
Wifi is excellent
