Un séjour idéal au coeur de Marrakech
Pros:

Quel merveilleux séjour nous avons passé dans ce Riad. C’est un établissement tout à fait traditionnel, avec son charme, sa typicité marocaine et sa beauté.
Jacqueline, la propriétaire a joliment organisé les choses en amont et Zahra, la maîtresse de maison a rendu notre séjour vraiment appréciable, et que dire de ses délicieux petits déjeuners, qui changent tous les matins.
La localisation est vraiment idéale, proche de tout mais dans un calme parfait.
La chambre est jolie, sobrement décorée, et toute confortable, propice au repos.

Allez y les yeux fermés c’est un endroit parfait pour quelques jours à Marrakech

Un pequeño remanso en pleno centro
Pros:

El Riad tiene mucho encanto, el patio donde sirven el desayuno es precioso y se respira un ambiente de calma y tranquilidad.
La ubicación es excelente, al lado de la mezquita de Koutobia y de la plaza Jemma El Fna. La habitación que nos tocó era muy amplia, decorada con gusto y limpia.
Y lo mejor de todo el desayuno, que era abundante y variado además de estar delicioso 😋
Agradecer a Zahra por su amabilidad y disponibilidad. La verdad es que lo recomiendo sin duda.

Pros:

Los desayunos son espectaculares. Los mejores de todo Marrakech.
Nos atendieron estupendamente. Son muy amables y hacen que te sientas como en casa.
La habitación tiene todo lo necesario, está muy limpia, la cama muy grande y comoda, los productos de baño son buenos, mucho espacio y aire acondicionado.
Está en una calle muy tranquila pero cerca de todo. Situación inmejorable.
No se puede pedir más.
Lo recomiendo 100%

A riad in the heart of ancient medina of Marrakech. It's a interesting experience to stay at such kind of property - a really old house combining an old spirit with modern living.
The host provided really useful user friendly instructions how to reach out easily and safely the house.
Zahra whom accommodated us demonstrated really kind attitude and prepared with care for us very delicious breakfast two days in a row.
Good wifi.

Cons:

The cleaning could be improved in overall and the bathroom needs a total renovation. I am not sure there have been any repairs since this bathroom has been built perhaps 10-15 years in the past.
In addition the risk to see cockroaches every time when you open bathroom's door made the whole experience not so pleasant.
Please take serious care for bathroom maintenance.

Pros:

Fueron muy atentos y amables con nosotros. Nos cuidaron al detalle. La ubicación es ideal, ya que está cerca de todo. La habitación estaba muy limpia y con aire acondicionado. Los desayunos exquisitos.

Pros:

Very warm and responsive riad host / attendant (Zahra). She made it feel like home away from home. Contact her and she has every answer to all your needs i.e. transport, places to visit, cultural guidelines, etc. Location is great also inside the Medina!

Cons:

It was a bit confusing to find the location at first, but all good.

ALCUNE DELLE NOSTRE COSE SCOMPARSE
Siamo stati in questo Riad per una sola notte. La mattina seguente, dopo la colazione, abbiamo preparato tutte le nostre cose e controllato la stanza più volte per essere sicuri di non aver dimenticato nulla. Abbiamo poi lasciato le valigie alla signora del Riad per poter fare un ultimo giro a Marrakech, con l’intenzione di tornare a riprenderle e dirigerci direttamente verso l’aeroporto.
Una volta arrivati a casa, ci siamo accorti che dalle valigie mancavano diversi oggetti: in particolare un top, alcuni trucchi, creme viso e altri cosmetici, un caricatore del telefono, della crema solare e una saponetta acquistata a Marrakech. Inizialmente ci siamo accorti solo della mancanza di alcuni di questi oggetti e abbiamo quindi contattato Zahra per verificare che non fossero stati dimenticati in camera, cosa che peraltro ci sembrava molto improbabile. Ci è stato risposto che non era stato trovato nulla in camera.
Nel frattempo, controllando con maggiore attenzione tutte le nostre cose, ci siamo resi conto che mancavano anche altri oggetti e del contante. A quel punto abbiamo nuovamente contattato Zahra, spiegando che temevamo che potesse essere avvenuto un furto.
Siamo quindi stati messi in contatto con la proprietaria del Riad, che, a nostro avviso, si è dimostrata molto maleducata, ostile e per nulla collaborativa. La sua risposta è stata principalmente quella di invitarci a presentare un reclamo alla polizia, sottolineando più volte che non avevamo prove, dal momento che ci eravamo accorti della mancanza degli oggetti soltanto dopo il check-out e una volta rientrati in Italia.
Da parte nostra, siamo assolutamente certi che gli oggetti fossero con noi prima di lasciare il Riad. Erano stati utilizzati durante il soggiorno e poi riposti nelle valigie. Dopo il check-out siamo andati direttamente in aeroporto e, una volta arrivati in Italia, direttamente a casa.

Séjour exceptionnel au Ryad Siena II
Pros:

Mon séjour au Ryad Siena II a été absolument parfait du début à la fin. Le rapport qualité‑prix est remarquable, surtout pour un établissement aussi bien tenu. La situation géographique est idéale : centrale, pratique, et pourtant très calme.

Le ryad est d’une propreté irréprochable, et les petits déjeuners sont vraiment exceptionnels, variés et préparés avec beaucoup de soin. L’accueil est chaleureux, professionnel et d’une gentillesse typiquement marocaine, ce qui fait toute la différence.

La chambre était spacieuse, très bien équipée (serviettes, produits de beauté, etc.) et surtout dotée d’une vraie climatisation, indispensable en période de fortes chaleurs. Je voyage beaucoup et séjourne souvent à l’hôtel, donc je suis habitué à comparer — et honnêtement, j’ai été agréablement surpris par la qualité de cet établissement. Je ne sais pas si j’ai eu de la chance, mais tout était vraiment parfait.

Même avant l’arrivée, le ryad envoie un ensemble d’informations très utiles : philosophie du lieu, conseils pratiques, indications pour s’y rendre, ce qui montre un vrai sens du service et un professionnalisme rare.

Un séjour que je recommande sans hésitation.

Cons:

Franchement rien à dire. Oui, on peut toujours trouver à dire mais comme tout est bien expliqué avant d'arriver. Il n'y a pas de surprise.
