Pros:

Splendido tutto quanto! La colazione è strepitosa, Zahra è davvero carinissima e disponibile e il Riad è stupendo. La stanza è super spaziosa, luminosa e fresca, il cortile è incantevole e la posizione perfetta per spostarsi a piedi.

Intimo, accogliente e autentico Riad marocchino!
Pros:

Posizione ottima, alle spalle della piazza principale di Marrakech! Camera molto ampia e pulita!
Zahra è un host fantastica, rispondeva subito ai messaggi, sempre disponibile e gentilissima! Ogni mattina ci preparava con cura la colazione con prelibatezze sempre diverse per farci assaggiare la cucina marocchina!
Grazie ancora Marocco, ti porteremo sempre nel cuore ♥️

A peaceful stay in a beautifully presented Riad, great location and people.
Pros:

We stayed in the Riad Siena for 2 nights. Firstly, the email before arrival was filled with useful information and i recommend reading it as this made things transparent before arrival and helped us prepare for Marrakech. Printing off the directions for the Riad was a great idea as neither of us had working phones on arrival. I was also able to message Zhara ahead of arrival for some help and she was great. The Riad is easy to find with the directions provided and close to the Medina but accessible from the main street and taxi area to. We also ate at Cafe Medina Rouge which was lovely. We arrived early but were able to drop off our bag and were still greeted with coffee and water. The pet cat and dog in the court yard area are lovely and well behaved but also out the way, they were a comforting touch on arrival. Our room was in No.35 building and faced the outside stairwell but it had no window inside the room. However Marrakech was extremely hot around 45deg and with some shade and air conditioning, our stay was very comfortable. Our room was clean, presentable and with traditonal decor and helpful information inside to. Our room also got cleaned with fresh towels despite us being there only 2 days which was pleasant. Zhara communicated well throughout and was reachable via Whatsapp. She was super friendly, chatty and welcoming.
The breakfast was delicious, fresh and healthy and coffee was delightful. The breakfast area was small, well presented and the authentic Moroccan style of the Riad was beautiful.
You can walk straight into the Medina easily - you will get lost! But it is a beautiful place to see, rich in culture and the Riad is a quiet escape that will surprise you.

Cons:

We had a great stay and felt everything was perfect for our first 2 days in Morocco.

Petit Riad charmant et calme, bien placé, bon accueil.
Pros:

Petit Riad très agréable, extrêmement bien placé entre la Koutoubia et les souks. Très calme, la chambre était très propre, joliment et simplement décorée. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Petite mention spéciale pour les indications fournies pour y accéder, juste parfait , ce qui rend l’arrivée très facile. Le quartier est sympa aussi, donc bonne petite adresse.

Affordable, peaceful riad with convenient location
Pros:

Location is awesome, at the edge of the medina which makes getting a taxi or getting to another area super easy. Breakfast is delicious, staff are helpful and multilingual, and the crowd of travelers was friendly. Air con works well. A nice budget riad option and so nice after countless hostel beds!

Posizione: Comoda, a breve distanza dalla piazza centrale.
Pros:

Colazione: Indicata a buffet su Booking, ma servita al momento. Buona, ma l'attesa toglie autonomia sugli orari.

Cons:

La Camera al Siena 2, la dependance, è priva di finestre esterne. La porta d'ingresso ha un sopraluce , due finestrelle in alto di cui una senza gancio restando apribile dall'esterno. Bagno senza aspiratore e lavandino scomodo per una mensola posizionata troppo in basso

La posizione del Riad è centrale, vicinissimo a piazza Jema El Fna.
Zahra della reception è molto dolce e gentile. La struttura è molto curata.

Cons:

Non ha nessuna insegna esterna e quindi non è subito individuabile.
La stanza che ci hanno dato, che era nella struttura collegata, era molto umida con un odore di chiuso e di umidità. La stanza era molto ampia ma non aveva neanche un appoggio o una sedia per per gli zaini che abbiamo dovuto mettere per terra.
Anche il bagno finemente ristrutturato e molto ampio ma con una porta scorrevole di legno che non si chiudeva.
Nel letto c'erano diversi peli e capelli, insomma le lenzuola non erano proprio pulite.
La colazione, nello standard per la media delle strutture di Marrakech, si fa in bel patìo ma è disturbata dalla presenza di molte api che si tuffano su dolci e marmellate che vengono lasciate sul tavolo senza protezione (avrebbero potuto pensare ad una cupola di rete ad esempio...).
Ospite della struttura un bel cane (tipo labrador) che aveva problemi di salute con ferite sul corpo (ed infatti portava il collare elisabettiano) che entrava ed usciva dalla cucina.
Insomma, la struttura ha avuto una bella ristrutturazione ed ha delle buone potenzialità ma penso che ha ancora da fare per offrire una buona accoglienza.

以一個晚上55歐元的價格來說
1.這是一間照片好看但住起來不舒服，不符合實用設計的樣品屋。
2.枕頭是散掉的棉花很難睡，床墊也很不舒服
3.房間的浴室排水壞掉，而且從浴室管線一直有潮濕的味道蔓延出來。我住過其他地方都沒有這個問題。
4.早餐餐桌有至少10隻蜜蜂停在早餐上。
5.標示不清，早餐在隔壁棟吃飯但完全沒有寫清楚地點。
員工雖然盡力要做好一切
但我覺得是設備的問題。這是我住過最慘的摩洛哥住宿

Excelente atención
Pros:

La amabilidad de todo el personal, que nos apoyo desde el dia que llegamos casi a media noche, la atencion es A1 , la comida fue deliciosa y abundante, la ubicación te permite acceder a varios lugares solamente caminando, eso fue de gran ayuda, las instalaciones se encuentran bien conservadas y limpias, disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia.

Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue encontrar la anfitriona Zahara, persona super amable, dulce y disponible. El desayuno estaba buenisimo, sobre todo las tortitas árabes, los huevos y los aguacate. El Riad está bastante limpio y muy amplio. Lo recomiendo.
