Comfortable but not close to anything
Pros:

Room was large and comfortable with a good sized deep pool with sun lounges. I also enjoyed the roof terrace for a great place to catch the evening breeze.

Cons:

It was a long way out of town with no shops or cafes around. We found an Italian place up the rd but no local Warungs. It was also the most expensive stay on a 10 night trip but I believe this is because its a port town where people need to stay for early ferries. If you don't need to be there to either get a ferry or have come off one I would recommend going to somewhere else close by to stay.

Won’t return
Pros:

Staff were friendly and had excellent suggestions about local sites and tours.

Cons:

My first night, after getting under the covers, my legs started to itch. The bed had fleas or bedbugs. They moved me to another room at 11 pm. The next morning, I wasn’t able to lock that door from the outside, so the moved me to a third room. The second and third rooms were larger and nicer, but the welts on my legs from the first night still itch.

Het bed was erg comfortabel.

Cons:

Ik had in mei een taxi van de luchthaven naar de accomodatie geregeld maar er was niemand komen opdagen.
Badkamer in oude staat.

Belles chambres.

Cons:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel ne me convenait pas. L'isolation de la chambre est presque inexistante, chaleur et bruits. Très compliqué de se reposer dans cet hôtel.

Le personnel est adorable, seul point positif ! Le petit déjeuner est simple mais efficace.

Cons:

Le logement est simple, sans aucun charme. N'est utile qu'en hôtel de transition pour partir sur les îles Gili. La salle de bain est plus que sommaire. Il y avait des lumières sans ampoules. C'est assez austère. Beaucoup de bruits de chiens et de scooter.

Bad amenities, bad location
Pros:

Lovely pool area, nice set out

Cons:

The showers were scalding hot or freezing cold. They weren’t tempered. I didn’t dare shower my children. I couldn’t even get in my self.
The owner was prickly, he didn’t respond to my messages prior to booking in. Nobody else was there accept myself and the 3 other travelling companions, however only 2 out of the 4 rooms air con units worked properly. My gf had to move rooms due to no fan or aircon. The had us all separated (husband and 2 kids bottom floor, me and 1 child middle floor) and the others were also separated despite there being nobody there.
Asked for breakfast at 6:45 as our driver was coming to collect us to go to the ferry at 7:20 and it didn’t come out until after 7 so it was rushed. Food was nice though. It was reasonably priced if the facilities actually worked but given everything wasn’t up to standard the price was too high for such a mediocre stay.
