The place is great, the room was super confortable, with great beds, good view and a great pool and everithing necessary.
I liked the location, far away from the noise and traffic. There is an excelent pizza place, just 5 minutes walking.
The breakfast was great, a buffet with multiple options. The staff is super kind and help with anything you need.

The internet connection in my room was not good.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff very kind and helpful. The hotel is located 20 Min far away from the Padang Bai harbour but you need the car to reach it. The hotel also gave us the transport service.

Shower was bad as it was not working properly due to lime. Bed was making sound and not very comfortable.
