Pros:

The place was pretty,the staff where so kind and sweet

Cons:

The sheets were not clean,there was a rat in my kids room, but they refund us and said it was the first time and gave us another room, the pool was not clean and we weren't able to sweem

The stay was great. Your manager was very well presented and professional.
Pros:

We didnt have breakfast. Location is exellent.

Cons:

The Pool wasn't great ( Murky Green ) and the area was a little untidy. The bed was hard for my wifes liking.

A passable stay
Pros:

Fantastic view. Better on the top floor.

Cons:

The room had an overpowering scent from some or other cleansing agent. Paint blistering on the wall. Bare wires exposed by the door.

I will definitely stay over again. Great value for money👌
Pros:

I left early, so no breakfast. I was contacted for confirmation and checked on by staff along the way. Didn't wait at all, room had a balcony and very cozy. I will definitely stay over again

First impressions.
Pros:

Not happy that room was not cleaned on day 1.i.Explanation unacceptable. Someone had to be on call. Steps to high and uneven given our age.Very nice location..Breakfast menu would be great. Overall an average stay.
