Amazing 2day cap bang loop
Pros:

The service and communication provided by LANs home are out of this planet, we knew how friendly Vietnamese people are, but they went above and beyond. Thanks for the great support during our trip! We did the 2 day easy rider trip with them, Kevin and Alecu were such a true gentlemen, taking care for us and other people along the route, 10/10 service!!

Very pleassant stay.
Pros:

The owner and the location.
She was so kind, so fast in replying, so helpfull with fixing Bustickets and making me feel comfortable in the accomodation.

The rooms are clean and decent. Big beds in the dorms so you feel very free.

The lady is also working on even more options.
Trips, tours, car/bike rental etc.

She is very innovative and tries to make the full Package for the guests.

If you're not a guest; Even for the tours and bustickets this lady is an absolute great option to help you !

Très bon séjour chez Lan, je recommande vraiment
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour chez Lan. Le personnel est très gentil, la chambre propre et agréable. Le petit déjeuner en plus est très bon et le service de lingerie efficace.
Nous avons également fait un des tours de Cao Bang proposé par l’hôtel et avons été ravis.
Lan est vraiment serviable, elle nous a aidé pour un petit couac où nous avions besoin de traduction sans hésiter et a pris sur son temps personnel pour que nous soyons bien.

Pros:

It's a simple but clean hotel, big rooms, well located in Cao Bang.
All the staff were nice and Lan was always available to assist in our requests. You can rent bikes directly there without any friction, and also there are tours you could get with them with a really good price.
We enjoyed a lot out time in Cao Bang and Lan, was a really good facilitator for this to happen.

Home sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, gần chợ Xanh, đi bộ thuận tiện, chị chủ và nhân viên rất thân thiện, hỗ trợ cho mình check in sớm lúc 4h sáng, giá cả rất hợp lý. Chắc chắn lần tới khi đi CB sẽ tới đây

Возможность снять байк.
В номере чисто.
Довольно интересный и уютный номер, его очень украшают древесные цвета и элементы декора.

Cons:

Не было горячей воды. Зубная щетка была потрепанной, не смогла воспользоваться. Из-за дыры в туалете было слышно шум из других комнат или с лестницы.

Ein idealer Ort, die Stadt und den Norden zu entdecken
Pros:

Wenn man den Cao Bang Loop fahren möchte, ist man hier sehr gut aufgehoben. "Lan" organisiert alles, ob Wäsche, Loop oder Bustransfer zum nächsten Stopp. Mein Zimmer ist groß und ist im ersten Stock gelegen - so fiel das Fehlen eines Aufzuges nicht ins Gewicht. Der Standort ist gut geeignet, Cao Bang zu entdecken, Restaurants, Cafés, der Markt und Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Mein Gepäck konnte ich für den dreitätigen Loop gesichert unterstellen.

Cons:

So unproblematisch die Kommunikation mit Lan via WhatsApp funktionierte, so schwierig waren die Sprachbarrieren vor Ort zu überbrücken. Unterm Strich stellte das aber kein unlösbares Problem dar.
