Pros:

It's a simple but clean hotel, big rooms, well located in Cao Bang.
All the staff were nice and Lan was always available to assist in our requests. You can rent bikes directly there without any friction, and also there are tours you could get with them with a really good price.
We enjoyed a lot out time in Cao Bang and Lan, was a really good facilitator for this to happen.

Home sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, gần chợ Xanh, đi bộ thuận tiện, chị chủ và nhân viên rất thân thiện, hỗ trợ cho mình check in sớm lúc 4h sáng, giá cả rất hợp lý. Chắc chắn lần tới khi đi CB sẽ tới đây

В номере чисто.
Довольно интересный и уютный номер, его очень украшают древесные цвета и элементы декора.

Cons:

Не было горячей воды. Зубная щетка была потрепанной, не смогла воспользоваться. Из-за дыры в туалете было слышно шум из других комнат или с лестницы.

Ein idealer Ort, die Stadt und den Norden zu entdecken
Pros:

Wenn man den Cao Bang Loop fahren möchte, ist man hier sehr gut aufgehoben. "Lan" organisiert alles, ob Wäsche, Loop oder Bustransfer zum nächsten Stopp. Mein Zimmer ist groß und ist im ersten Stock gelegen - so fiel das Fehlen eines Aufzuges nicht ins Gewicht. Der Standort ist gut geeignet, Cao Bang zu entdecken, Restaurants, Cafés, der Markt und Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Mein Gepäck konnte ich für den dreitätigen Loop gesichert unterstellen.

Cons:

So unproblematisch die Kommunikation mit Lan via WhatsApp funktionierte, so schwierig waren die Sprachbarrieren vor Ort zu überbrücken. Unterm Strich stellte das aber kein unlösbares Problem dar.

Wir waren anfangs sehr skeptisch wegen der schlechten Erfahrungsberichte auf Google die wir erst nach der Buchung gelesen haben. Wir wurden aber in einem absolut herzlichen Homestay empfangen. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich, sauber und ohne Bettwanzen. Auch am nächsten Morgen wurde uns ein nettes Frühstück auf Nachfrage gemacht und wir haben für eine Tagestour ein Motorrad gemietet, dass auch super gelaufen ist.

Le logement est bien placé, le personnel est sympathique et disponible. Les scooters sont très bien et le linge est lavé super rapidement. Un point de départ parfait pour visiter Cao Bang.

Me gustó la ubicación, fueron muy amables con nosotros, la moto que nos alquilaron estaba perfecta y el último día que ya no teníamos reserva nos dejaron ducharnos. Muy amables la verdad
