No me reembolsaron el $ pues el de recepción no so

No lo recomiendo pues hice la reservación para 2 habitaciones para el 25-26de noviembre y me hicieron el cargo el viernes 1 habitación y el domingo otra habitación. Cuando llegue tuve que pagar diferencia. No hay buena atención en la recepción solo abren por unas horas y es difícil de ver quién atienda..no contestan teléfono...una habitación se descompuso la chapa pues no abrió ni por dentro ni por fuera quitaron la chapa y así se quedó toda la noche...no vuelvo a hacer reservación en esta app.
