Great location but very basic facilities

Location is great

Cons:

No AC, only a small fan on the wall. There are big vents too to outside in the room above the windows and the door. Bathroom has a half wall out into a foresty area. We ended up with a lot of bugs in the bathroom

very pleasant 3 days as my fisrt stay in Sri Lanka
Pros:

The villas are located very near the main road , in a quiet neighbourhood , room was very clean comfortable , good aircon , good WIFI , there are no negative comments whatsoever

Beautiful & welcoming!
Pros:

The property is absolutely beautiful, well maintained, quiet, and in an incredible area. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, and to our favourite restaurants in Hiriketiya. Nadeeka and the staff are wonderfully helpful, they are friendly and accomodating. I stayed here with 3 friends in two separate rooms and we all had a lovely experience, I know that we will all be back in the future and will recommend this place to anyone travelling in the area! Thank-you so much for this stay!

Great location, calm area, very comfortable beds.

There is no AC - we were on very hot days, on the top floor - it can become quite the furnace and impossible to sleep

Pros:

Highly recommend to anyone coming to the area. Comfortable rooms, outdoor shower, for the price I got more than enough. The location is perfect, and the staff was very helpful. Everything I needed, they were there for me.

Ok accomodation for the price
Pros:

The location was excellent

Cons:

The rooms are insanely hot, there is no AC, only a fan on the ceiling (doesn’t help a lot).

We had shoes marks on the wall (someone had a fight w a spider probably..:) ), and the toilet seat was basically grey.

No 24/7 reception, the guy at the accomodation did not really care about us.
