Todo
Nothing
There was no socket to charge anything.
Owner was so rude. There’s some code/key stuff at the entrance. Didn’t tell me the way to get in. Everything was dirty. Other people smoke although it’s a non smoking property.
the room was very nice and big with microwave, kettle, utensils, 2 beds and a large sofa
It seemed very dingy, like stains on the walls, peeling paints , an unsafe looking ceiling ect ect
The location was great easy access to bus and there’s a lot of amenities
Nothing
Was dirty and smelled so bad
Some man was breaking into my room. The door was locked, but he still tried to get inside. Wally I opened the door and asked what he wanted, he apologized, said he didn't know I was home and left the house.
The size of the room with a sofa and thats about it. The water was hot which was a surprise.
No heating. No one to help. Had guessed the keypad code thanks to an earlier booking, cause the guy on the phone was too high to know anything despite being a point of contact. Stay was very cold and the let was unorganised.
Clean and warm.
More cooking options than expected.
The location in the city itself.
The shower ceiling is low, you need to be less than 5'9".
The property location was on a noisey road.
The room lights was not bright enough for the size of the room.
The decoration was drab and poor.
Very steep stairs.
I liked the location ,that's all.
the host was controlling and rude.i stayed there with my sister that was ill and she refused to put on the heating asked us to put on warm a 78pound room. horrible experience.my husband came to visit the day before check out and i had to check out at 4am,i had an early flight abroad. My husband stayed back because his train back to london was at 9am and check out was 10am.i got a text from this woman at 9.24 saying she will call the cops on my husband, clown. you should be arrested for renting out a horrible place like that in the first place. she used sellotapes to patch the walls.horrible.
Clean and tidy, good location
Washing machine didn’t appear to plug in
It was cheap, reasonably easy to get to from central Manchester. Beds were comfortable.
Not the most comforting / welcoming interior.
Hosts weren’t too friendly. Definitely helps to have someone welcome you to a property (particularly when it’s part of their home!)
I booked the accomodation for 3 people 2 weeks prior to our stay and the day before the reservation, the host contacted me and said it would be an extra 25 pounds for the third person. This is despite us clearly being advertised the initial price for 3 people. Normally I would’ve argued with the host or at least contacted booking.com to inform them that the host had made a mistake on their end, but we were fairly desperate for accomodation and did not want the host to potentially cancel the accommodation on us.
Pretty nasty experience feeling forced to pay a random amount of money like that (in cash too!!). Made us feel like we were being scammed for nothing. Will definitely be reporting this to booking.com though because this does not seem fair / within their guidelines at all.
it's a really big room, with everything you could need in it, to be fair this was not the nicest place we have stayed in but it was not the worst you get what you pay for ans we paid under £10 each a night so we are not complaining.
The smell from the food shop next door.
-good price.
-clean place.
-close to bus station (30 minutes to the center city)
-near restaurant.
-comfortable bed.
-big room.
(We left the room so clean for no one complain about us, its our habit to leave every room we booked so clean)
-the house near big road for bus, truck and car, its noice in late night and early morning.
-far from city
-booking.com said that check-out at 11:30 but the owner texted me to leave at 10:00 because next guest will arrive early,i didn’t like it.
-we felt unwelcome because the owner nock the door so hard at 11:00 asking us to leave.
-the owner said we gave you free shampoo free soap and that not included in booking.com so if we asked you to leave early than you should do it.
-we didn’t check-our, they kicked us out.
(We left the room so clean for no one complain about us, its our habit to leave every room we booked so clean)
