Pros:

The property is truly value for money. I had traveled with my elderly parents and the owner was so polite that he himself helped in transporting my mom via a scooter for some 50 mtrs uphill road to reach the homestay as she had knee problems. The rooms were very clean and the property is very near to the market place.

Cons:

There is no wheelchair accessibility to the homestay and rooms are on 1st floor. The owner himself had informed this to us long before our stay. We could manage even after than as it was only 10-15 steps but would not recommend for people who are entirely immobile.

We loved our stay very much and are very grateful to Mr. Prem for everything he did.
Pros:

Mr. Prem is a very good host. He was very friendly and made us feel at home. The day we landed it was raining very heavily. He even offered to bring his bike to pick us up. Once we reached near the homestay he even assisted with the luggage which was quite out of the ordinary. Through out the stay he gave us very good assistance with going to various places which was very helpful to us.

The room was also very clean and tidy. The whole home stay is beautifully maintained with so many potted plants that are well taken care of.

Cons:

There is nothing specific about the homestay that we didn't like. The whole of Rishikesh has been haphazardly developed over the years and it has become very crowded. This is one thing we didn't like about Rishikesh but it has nothing to do with this property any way. Even star hotels have no choice but to run their show in the congested area.

The place was very good and the host of rudransh homestay is very humble, he is very helpful and picks us from the location and I think in this budget is was very good, I will definitely suggest this homestay to my friends ☺️

Friendly, comfortable and convenient place to stay.
Pros:

This spot was really convenient. We had everything we needed nearby. They had a communal kitchen we could use. The host was super friendly and really accommodating to all our needs. I'd highly reccomend

Affordable clean and safe stay in Rishikesh
Pros:

The location the room was clean, safe and the family was lovely. I was supposed to stay 1 week I stayed 3 there s also a small kitchenette host is very helpful too. Thanks I wish them the best

The rooms were neat and clean, and the location was perfect for us.

Highly recommended
Pros:

I really like this stay. The family is friendly and helpful. Beautiful house full of plants, relatively quiet, it is located on a small lane so almost no horns. First shower that actually worked properly in my stays in India. They have a small kitchen that guests can use which is very convenient. I was actually sick with Dengue but felt lucky I had a comfortable room to rest in. The owner organise a taxi for me from Delhi since my flight was canceled, with a very good price and very late check-in. Really appreciated. I really recommend.

Cons:

One neighbourhood kid kept saying mama on repeat for hours per day... nothing to do with the accommodation but was getting a little irritating.

I had a lovely stay, the place was very clean and spacious with a lovely view from the balcony/terrace.
Pros:

Such a beautiful home like accommodation at a great price and the family who owns the place are very friendly and helpful. I even extended my trip by another day because of how comfortable I felt there.
