Excelente atención y relación calidad-precio
Las habitación que nos tocó tiene un balcón que está pegado al área común de comedor, quizá más privacidad sería excelente
Tiene uns vista maravillosa al lago desde el comedor que es un lugar muy acogedor
La vista al lago de valle de bravo era increíble, la habitación limpia y ordenada, la decoración de muy buen gusto, y la atención del personal es muy buena
La ubicación respecto del centro de valle de bravo es de aproximadamente 20 a 25 min, lo cual puede complicar trasladarse, el acceso a la habitación tiene una pendiente muy pronunciada que no es ningun problema pero hay que tomarlo en cuenta

Nice view from our room, beautiful sunsets and atmosphere of relaxation. The host was polite and helpful, if a bit stoic; however, we enjoyed a brief companion. The hotel is away from busy Valle De Brava, however, it can be a benefit for finding more local spots, like a nearby Tacos place where family cooked delights freshly made tacos, prices were very reasonable in the area. It was good value for money too.

La amabilidad de la persona que nos atendió, la tranquilidad del lugar, el silencio, la amplitud de la habitación y la vista al lago desde el comedor; toallas y blancos impecables.
Realmente no tiene estacionamiento, queda un espacio en la calle muy pequeño e incómodo para estacionarse y es muy complicado el acceso al hotel con una calle super estrecha y con mucha pendiente.
Parece que tenían tiempo sin usar la habitación por lo que había telarañas en un rincón entre los muros y en un pequeño compartimento de un sofá.
Absolutely stunning place with the views over the lake! Breakfast in the morning was lovely! Our room certainly exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed the balcony as well as the bathtub a lot!

It's a bit remote, and therefore you have loads of privacy. However, you either figure out the taxis or bring your own car. In the end, we managed it quite well :)

La limpieza del sitio, la amabilidad de quien me recibió y la vista al lago. La ropa de cama y toallas estaban muy limpias y olían bien.
