Pros:

Very good. The room is quite small but it fits to solo traveler like me. And so does the bathroom. Even it's small (a lil bit dark), it's so clean. they serve toothpaste, soap for you to use. It's so accessible from Gadjah Mada University. There are so many food stalls and shop approximately 100m from the stay.
