Staff were some of the friendliest people I met in all of Thailand. Great breakfast.
The hosts were lovely and extremely helpful, and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was fantastic.
The room was small, but had everything we needed. The location was a 2 minute walk to the Walking Street and the Mekong River. We had a great stay. 👍

Great location you just walked everywhere.
The room and ensuite where cozy, very clean and comfortable. It's in a great location in a quite section of town but within easy walking distance of the walking street and about 100m away from the Mekong. The hosts are wonderful people and helped me immensely with the onwards part of my journey, they went above and beyond in checking and organising things to help me.

Excellent location, clean and well maintain with the northern stryle little house.
P'Mod and P'Miang are the most lovely host ever. We exchange the about travel and other stuff...also there are the two cute cats we can.
I had a hard time to sleep because its a bit noisy, you can hear the noise out of the room.
My girlfriend is ok because she sleep like a baby as usual.

Not much to be honest
The room was like being outside, no isolation, no glass windows. It was very cold at night and very hot during the day. The shower was cold.

Bed was a typical Thai mattress, although not the hardest one I have slept on.
