Pros:

Very friendly and enthusiastic proprietor. I can see why he wanted to send us the pinpoint on the map as google would take you somewhere else. Room was bright and clean.

Welcoming host, clean comfortable rooms, nice and quiet location
Pros:

I didn't have time to stick around and enjoy the backyard, but it looks nice and there's a semi-outdoor kitchen too if you need it. The place is a bit off the beaten path, which makes it very quiet - traffic is a few hundred meters away, so you only get to hear songbirds and the occasional rooster. The rooms are large enough and clean, and the host is very welcoming.

Cons:

While there is a drip coffee machine in the lobby, you need to bring your own grounds, and the nearest shop is far away; otherwise, I haven't found much to complain about, it was a good experience.
