Pros:

The apartment was neat and clean. The location was very near to the Tiruchanoor road.

Cons:

There is no private car parking. You have to park the car on the road. Water was not coming from the kitchen tap. Only 2 towels were provided for 4 guests. You need to vacate at 11 AM, irrespective of your time of check in.
