Short & cheap trip
Pros:

There is a suite available to fit a family of 6. 3 queen size beds but very minimal. Good place to just to sleep. Small room.

Cons:

It is small and compact with a little walkway.

Unpleasant experience and ulu location.
Pros:

Cheapest and affordable stay for couples or families or friends for 2d1n or short trip

Cons:

Location is a bit ulu and dark at night, although it is near ksl Mall. The staff was from Indonesian, and they don't often station on the reception if u happen to check in late. However, there is a number for u to WhatsApp them. Have booked this twice in booking.com, but both experiences are bad.

1st time booking, they said the air conditioning was spoiled and arranged my stay to another guesthouse, which is 500 to 600m even further away from ksl and g3 house when i booked. ☹️ and it was during the midnight period. By walking distance from ksl, the area at night was super dark. And the staff service was lousy and give us black face 🙄 when we upon arrived. As the room was a bit small, we requested a bigger room, and the staff asked us to top up additional cost for the room which they had changed our room so last min, we almost wanted to change to ksl resort but it was so last min changes of area that we could not find any nearby area to stay overnight but no choice we have to stay there.

2nd time booking, have indicated do not change my booking for G3 house as per requested. When we arrived, the g3 house area, it was a bit dark in that area though, the staff there had communication issues and the staff grabbed a car to drive us back to the 1st guesthouse that I had a bad experienced with during my 1st booking 😤 and we need to end up asked the grab driver to u-turn back to the g3 house. And the driver expecting us to paid for double trip transportation. Nevertheless, we have to get the owner to pay for the transport.


Overall, the experience was rated bad 👎 due to all this unpleasant experience and location, and lastly, do expect that the bedsheet will have ants. although it stated that it is near ksl Mall, but the areas are a bit of ulu and dark if ladies who want to book there have to reconsider. And will not book this stay again.

G3: Go Go Go!
Pros:

super convenience, short walking distance to KSL Mall, helpful staff who allowed us to "park" our bagpacks for few hours after our check-out :)

Cons:

TV in room is not working; staff said it's all the same for all rooms!!! :(
