No complementary breakfast was provided. No restaurant was available at the property.
Except the location of the property which is due to the topography all other things were worst in the property
Room allotted was not as shown ,front desk staff were ignorant and not even aware of the exact details of the locations to be visited.
No cleaning staff was deputed to clear the debris from the dust bin during our 48 hours stay at the property.
Room charges were too high for the provided accommodation.
No nearby good restaurant was available.
The balcony attached with the property was also not cleaned of debris ,no response from the staff.
No soap,towel were provided.
They have reluctantly filled some quantity of hand wash liquid in the rest room after insisting .
Totally the stay at the property is considered as waste of money.
Since ,I went with my daughter, had no other option except staying in the property with all above negatives.
The geyser was not working on the second day of my stay ,when reported there was no response from the staff.
I will neither recommend the above property to others nor I will stay in the same property in future.

Our stay in the Double Room with Balcony, priced at ₹6,615 for 2 nights, was a mix of comfort and charm. The room carried a simple yet tasteful aesthetic, set in a calm corner at one end of White Town — just a short stroll from Rock Beach and local cafés.
What truly stood out was the staff. Both the day and night teams were exceptionally polite, warm, and attentive, which added a personal touch to the experience.
A few minor drawbacks included the bathroom entry through the balcony, which occasionally felt inconvenient, and an old AC unit that made loud noises at night, affecting our sleep.
Despite these small issues, the stay was peaceful and pleasant overall. With such courteous staff and a serene location, it’s a lovely spot for a quiet getaway in Pondicherry.

Room is not good. Its just the locatio alone which is plus. No parking facility.Old rooms with old fittings.

Water leakage into the room. Bed average comfortably. Kitchen isn't so well stock. Bathroom was dirty.
