Emplacement central pour une nuit
Pros:

Emplacement sur le port, juste devant le quai, très central. La chambre est simple et correcte, juste à côté du marché (un peu animé le matin).
Les hôtes sont charmants, très serviables et souriants.

Есть нюансы, но остров потрясающий и хозяева отеля приятные, теплые люди.
Pros:

Понравились гостеприимные хозяева. Очень улыбчивые, доброжелательные, милые люди. Приняли, угостили чаем, выдали ключи от номера, дали ориентиры и вежливо с энтузиазмом помогали во всём разобраться! Виды из отеля невероятно красивые!

Cons:

Грязные ванные комнаты, стены в ванной были очень грязные и заляпанные, также были грязные в пыли полы. Также в самом отеле еда была ну в очень большом количестве масла, мы с девочками покушать там не смогли. Ещё нам пришлось проснуться в 6 утра из-за жутко громкой музыки на улице, мы не смогли даже понять откуда она там. Поэтому, если вы приезжаете в эти места, лучше не надейтесь на долгий утренний сон. В 6 утра музыка, в 7 утра уже довольно громко ведут себя вьетнамцы. Но если честно, то это все мелочи. Отель хороший, владельцы невероятно приятные люди. Я не смотря ни на что с радостью приеду ещё! ❤️

Pros:

I could say the whole experience was okay. The bed was comfortable and AC worked. The owners are very friendly and helpful too. The location is perfect to go around. Right next to restaurants and ferry. They have food and drinks right downstairs with reasonable price.

Cons:

But there are some suggestions that I hope the homestay might need to improve: we don’t have any hot water to shower, we ended up shower in cold water. The bathroom needs to pay more attention, like other review said, they seem dont clean the bathroom, only the bedroom. The floor is very sticky and sandy.

Beautiful views and good value
Pros:

Good value, close to the ferry terminal and lots of restaurants. Beautiful view!

Cons:

I stayed and 2 nights and both nights there was crazy loud singing right outside my room. This is not the hotels fault but if you are after peace and quiet then you won’t get it here. Thankfully they stopped by about 10.30pm so sleeping was no problem. However, it’s also right next to the market so you hear quite a lot of commotion early in the morning as they set up - again, not the hotels fault but worth noting if you’re after a quiet getaway.

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, leider bekam ich auf Anfrage kein anderes Zimmer.
Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war gut, aber das Bad nicht sauber.

Cons:

Es war nicht sehr sauber und hat stark nach Schimmel gerochen, man konnte auch einige Schimmelflecken an den Wänden sehen, vor dem Fenster war direkt eine Wand (ca 30 cm entfernt) die Klimaanlage hat nachts sehr laute Geräusche von sich gegeben.

The host Young was simply amazing, I felt at home from arriving. Young couldnt have been any more accomodating and always with a lovely smile on his face. Food was great, prices amazing but the hospitality and location were second to none. Thank.for a beautiful time, we will be back.xx

Trotz Buchung keinen Platz

Leider kann ich keine gute Bewertung schreiben, da wir nicht in der Unterkunft schliefen. Als wir ankamen wurden wir lediglich darüber informiert, dass unsere Buchung nicht mehr vorhabden wäre und das lange im Voraus gebuchte Zimmer nicht mehr verfügbar.
Wir erhielten dann in einer anderen Unterkunft ein Zimmer, was ganz okay war, aber dieses soll ich hier ja nicht bewerten.

The motorbike which we rented was too old , loud and turned off 2-3 times. Luckily we could give it back. Would not make it up the mountain roads...

I'm super tired after this weekend and couldnt enjoy fully the days on cham island because of the nights. Even with good earplugs: 1 night: until 1 pm tables and chairs got moved, loud doors, ac directly in the face while sleeping (got sick) . 2 night: loud karaoke from the owners until 11 pm. You can not decide when you want to sleep. In the morning is noisy because of the market next door.

Nice stay in Cu Lao island
Pros:

Nice place to stay. The owner is very sweet lady also very helpful. She also has motorbikes in case of rentals. Breakfast was delicious.

Overall, it’s a great island with a convenient location. The price was reasonable, but the cleanliness could be improved
Pros:

The location was excellent—very close to the harbour. There’s a motorbike rental available, the option to book tours, and a bar located downstairs.

Cons:

The place wasn’t very clean or fresh, and some things needed fixing (though a renovation is underway, so this will probably improve soon). Unfortunately, during our stay, there was noise from drilling. The hosts were friendly but repeatedly offered food from the restaurant several times a day, which made us a bit uncomfortable, as we preferred to eat out. Please note that paying by card incurs an additional 5% charge. Surprisingly, I left some clothes for the laundry service, but when I collected them the next day, I discovered they hadn’t been washed—although I was still charged.
