Comfortable could be better. Three bedroom is too small consdier two rooms if adults are planning to stay.

Very bad service and majorly misleading descriptions and omages
Pros:

We saw a lot of places in Chikkamagaluru cause we didn’t like the hotel and thus were roaming around throughout so that we didn’t have to stay in the hotel for maximum time

Cons:

I stayed here from 29–31 May and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

We booked two Standard Double Rooms through Booking.com, but upon arrival were informed that one room would be AC and the other non-AC. Both rooms were advertised under the same category, and nowhere during booking were we informed of this difference. The hotel blamed Booking.com, but guests should not have to deal with internal listing errors.

We spent over an hour at reception trying to resolve the issue, only to be told to either accept the non-AC room or cancel the booking. A reasonable request for either an AC room or a reduced rate was refused.

The stay was further affected by a leaking roof in one of the rooms during heavy rain, which was reported but not properly addressed.

What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability and poor handling of guest concerns. We also witnessed another guest facing the same AC-room issue, suggesting this may not be an isolated case.

The location may be good, but the lack of transparency, poor customer service, and unresolved maintenance issues made for a frustrating experience.

Excellent stay
Pros:

We liked the stay, the room was allocated as soon as it was reached even though the check in time was 12noon.
This resort has ample parking, swimming pool, camp fire, open area and scenic view from the resort.

The staff was very helpful and supportive thank you gagan and yuvaraj.
Food is good. We enjoyed the two days stay.

there is a big room to improvise

The have to have rooms with AC, only one window without cross ventilation, horribly hot, loud music, food served after 8.30 pm, no indoor or out door activities except for small swimming pool, reception most of the time unattended,

Pros:

Food was good. Pool is clean but it is small.

Cons:

Checkin was delayed after we reached there.
After paying online, they asked money mentioning they didn't receive money and wasted time in cross verification and later they confirmed the payment.
Zero privacy for the rooms as the doors are opens to main corridors.
No AC and more money compared to just near by better resorts.
It is not a big resort, only the photography made looks like that.
No open areas even to sit.
It is just a lodge
