It's a gud property, visited last year,had liked it bcoz of the facilities and the staff and with the same expectations visited again this year but totally disappointed bcoz of the staff and the maintenance of the property.

Pros:

After booking the host canceled our booking. He sent an email saying that the room is unavailable for some reason. When I check the listing he had double the price.

If the room was unavailable. It should not have been available on booking.com the next day but it was with double price.

Pros:

The caretakers were very friendly and fantastic. Especially Vikky was very friendly person. Manju is the main caretaker who will help you with all the things. Property was clean and hygiene pool was also clean but could be better.

Our stay at this homestay did not meet expectations in several key areas, and we’d like to offer some suggestions that could significantly improve the guest experience.

To begin with, basic amenities like towels and soap were not provided upfront and had to be requested — essentials like these should be readily available upon arrival.

We also encountered challenges with food availability. When we requested lunch and offered to pay extra, we were informed it wasn’t available, without any alternatives offered. Dinner was limited to a fixed menu with no flexibility for separate orders. Portion sizes were small (chicken was limited to 2–4 small pieces per person), and it felt as if the best servings were reserved for the hosts. Additionally, we were asked to eat earlier than expected, which felt rushed.

Given the homestay’s remote location, offering guests a basic à la carte menu or a few flexible food options would go a long way in improving satisfaction. Simple additions like unlimited tea/coffee refills and light snacks would also enhance the experience and make guests feel more welcome.

Overall, we believe that with some thoughtful adjustments to hospitality, dining options, and amenities, the homestay can become a much more enjoyable and comfortable destination for future visitors.

Pros:

I had booked the accommodation for 7 people - 4 adults and 3 kids, there was a delay from our end in reaching the property. The owner didn't even make an attempt to contact us prior or to inform us of anything. It was raining heavily when we got there and all he had to say was because we were late he didn't have the property available. WE HAD 3 KIDS WITH US AND A SENIOR CITIZEN. Be cautious when booking this property, it's not worth the risk.

Money minded business owner. Poor communication. Absolutely no coordination.
