The beds are right at the door, sliding door, immediately you open you come across two single bed its even difficult to come inside.
The stairs to the upper room are risky very steep with no hand rail. The kettle have a big whole underneath you cant even hzve coffee, there were no toilet paper on our arrival. Had to ask someone else to bring us toilet paper..The shower had no head...could not even use it. No TV...

I'm not mpressed, I felt like I booked a shack. Was even embarrased to talk about my acckmmodation to my friends.

No television, this was a massive upset to the start of our stay. No aircon. The location position catches the afternoon heat, making the rooms uncomfortable. The mattress on the double bed was terrible. One half of the mattress is damaged. There is no sea view, the second massive upset to our stay. The place did not match the photos on your website. I take it as false advertising because we booked according to the photos.
We got the feeling that we were shoved into the location away from the sea view, and preference was given to other customers. There was no coffee, tea, or sugar until we asked. The premises were terrible, the activities we did, namely hiking the beach, swimming and lazing on the beach was fabulous as always and this gave us some comfort to counteract the disappointing location. This is our annual getaway during this time period. We've stayed at various locations in this area, namely Pepper Street and Flame Street, and this place was our worst choice out of seven stays. I was angry because we are normal working people and we save for this occasion. We can't really afford to pay the international rates, so we shop and look until we find something that suits our needs, namely a television, a sea view, and access to the beach. I also didn't like the fact that no mention is made about my payment into a foreign bank. There was a bank charge of R80-00 for payment into your overseas bank. We automatically assume that you are a local bank.
We are home now, and there is no place like home.

No TV, no cleaning staff

Facilities looked a bit tired and in need of updating. Down stairs was too cluttered. Consider moving the bunk beds to the sliding door and the sleeper couch to next to the dining table to create space under the stairs to place a side table for a laptop to watch movies. Another side table next to the single bed.

Shower facility was problenatic, had to use the bath tub, instead, . Parking area for vehicle a bit awkward , but manageable. Was a bit concerned about security of vehicle.
