I never stayed at the apartment, They asked for payment before my check-in l. Yet booking.com stated that I was only going to pay on site. So I refused to pay and when it was time to go there they told me they were full, They had given my room away

Cons:

Please add bins in the bedrooms or bathrooms. Also have handwashing soap in the bathrooms or toilets. Add air fresheners as well.
