It wasn’t just a hotel room—there were shared facilities, e.g., a large common room and a kitchen. The host was very friendly, the atmosphere was very relaxed, and we felt very welcome.

Gute Lage, gut aufgeteiltes Zimmer mit kleinem Bad und Balkon. Es gibt einen großen Aufenthaltsraum sowie eine nutzbare Küche.
Die Gastgeberin war trotz unserer mangelnden Rumänischkenntnisse sehr zuvorkommend.

Nice experience, worth to repeat
Pros:

Extremely friendly owner: easily accepted our request for early check-in three hours before, provided all the necessary information about restaurants worth visitting and kindly reacted to all our requests during 3 nights stay
Central location close to the ski slope, funicular and many good restaurants
