Werkelijk niets

Cons:

Enorm smerig, peuken in de wastafel, haren overal, niet verschoonde bedden. En daarbij stonk de airco ook nog eens. Personeel die snachts buiten lopen te keten.

Staff nya ramah, tapi sedikit agak lama pelayanan saat mau check in jadi menunggu lumayan lama, kebersihan lumayan lah

Kamar bau apek, AC tdk berfungsi jafinya panas kamarnya, water heater nya ga berfungsi karna air hangat hanya malam hari saja pagi air panas nya gak bisa, wifi lola dan informasi password dari kamar dan realita berubah jadi harus keluar kmar untuk tanya resepsionisnya,

Pros:

Nothing at first. The room was so small couldn't even put our luggages. Then I paid for upgrade. Got bigger room with water heater and balcony with garden view.

Cons:

After upgrading to vip room I paid for extrabed. Already told them not to use the dirty pillow outside (extrabed and pillow are put outside in the balcony). But they still used it they cover it with new pillow cover. Not change it. The initial room was super small and moldy. Wallpapers needed to be replaced. It's very not healthy. Vip room wall is also need to be fixed. Location is quite far from the center around 10km. There are nothing in the vicinity. Not even indomaret.

Pros:

Beds are comfortable, facilities are clean, and the AC was very cold. The cafe at the hotel had some great food and coffee and for a good cheap price. The hotel is also only a 5 minute walk from the main bus station so if you have an early morning bus to catch this hotel is perfect! Also only a ~15 minute walk from the Lampung Museum.

Cons:

The pool was very dirty - I didn't end up swimming at all because the water is murky and did not look inviting (or even that safe) to swim in
